Supply and installation, validation including maintenance during warranty of Hot Air oven natural convection type with the following specifications: 1.Pre heating chamber and the interior side of the doors should be made of stainless steel grade 304 and outer housing should be SS/MS powder coated or equivalent. Inside SS 304 mirror finish clear bottom and round corner for easy cleaning; 2. Capacity : 100ltr Minimum; 3. Setting and working temperature range; ambient plus 5 degree C to 300 degree C; 4. Temperature variation at 150 degree C :1.5 degree C or better; 5. Temperature fluctuation at 150 degree C : 0.5 degree C or better; 6. Microprocessor based auto tuned PID controller with CE mark; 7. LCD/LED display with dual display of set value and process value for precise control of temperature; 8. Should have class2 integrated independent temperature safety device (DIN 12880) with visual alarm; 9. Safety cum standby thermostat for protection from over temperature; 10. Heating time up to 150 degree C not more than 50 Minutes; 11. Sufficient Heating elements shall be provided on the walls of the chamber,so as to achieve uniform temperature in the oven in minimum time for the entire range of temperature specified ; 12. Should have electromechanical control of the exhaust air flap; 13. Door fitted on heavy non corrosive hinges with silicon gasket; 14. To be provided with removable and adjustable SS rod shelves/ GI wire mesh trays which ensure uniform temperature distribution (Nos- 2minimum); 15. Supply : 230V, Single phase, 50/60Hz; 16. Should have IP protection 20 according to EN 60529 and temperature safety device standard according to DIN 12880 certification; 17. Energy consumption at 150 degree C should be not more than 2.5 KWh; 18. Should be GLP and GMP compliant; 19. Should have CE conformity marking, EAC,GS and UL certification; 20. Should provide NABL calibration certificate; 21. Hard copy of instrument manual with specification details shall be submitted; 22. IQ/OQ/PQ documentation shall be provided; 23.Each equipment shall be certified by calibration laboratory as per ISO/IEC 17025 at 280 degree C for 3 points for minimum two hours.Warranty: 3 years for the entire equipment
