1. Removing the existing damaged bitumen felt from the existing terrace and parapet wall portion of LHS 2 Quarters, Railway Gangman room, Car sheds and wherever required carefully without disturbing the roof slab and adjoining structures near byall as per relevant specifications and as directed at site of work including bringing and stacking the same within a lead of 50m for disposal including all labour, equipment, tools, tackles, scaffolding, transport, safety ladders, safety belts, fuel, etc., complete.

2.Preparing the surfaces of existing roofslab and parapet wall portion of LHS2 Quarters, Railway Gangmen room,Car sheds etc.,and wherever required by remove all dirt,loose particles,oil, grease, foreign materials etc.,by thorough scrapping and making \"V\" shape groove with machine over the cracks if any and applying Polymer chemical patty, including providing surface plastering (patchup works) with admixed water proofing chemical with smooth finishing and applying one coat of ShaliTex Oil based Primer (coverage @ 0.3litre/sqm) over the surface and allow to dry primed surface over-night and laying of 3mm thick Super Thermo Lay membranes(Spun Bonded Non-Woven Polyester Reinforced APP Modified WP Membrane) over the primer surface by using LPG flame torch and applying uniform pressure with a roller/ wet cloth including Overlap joint of 100mm and finally applying one coat of Super Silver Shield (Bituminous Ant-corrosive Multi purpose Aluminium paint coating at coverage of 7 to 9 sqm/litre) all as per manufacturers specifications and as directed at site of work, including all labour, materials, equipments, tools, tackles, scaffolding, transport, safety ladders, safety belts, fuel, etc., complete

3.Cutting the existing joints of ceramic tiled flooring with V groove by uding cutting machine and clean all the surfaces of V grooves by using blower mchine in LHS2 Quarters,Car sheds etc., and wherever required and filling the surfaces of V grooves by using BOSTIK or MYK tile Grout powder admixed with Acrylic Polymer Latex (BASF Master Emaco SBR) in all tile joint surfaces of V groove and corners surfaces with smooth finish all as per Manufacturer\"s specifications and as directed at site of work including all labour,materials,equipments,tools,tackles,scaffolding,transport,safety ladders,safety belts, fuel etc., compledte
