Bids Are invited for Acetylene gas cylinder - (a) Items should be of best quality and of reputed make.(b) The sample approval is mandatory before opening the bid.(c) Commercial bids of only those bidders will be opened whose samples are approved by the board of officers. (d) Bidders have to provide physical sample of all items after opening of technical bids within 48 hours. It is responsibility of the bidder to keep abreast with the bidding process and mails recd in relation to it. The bid will be cancelled if samples are not received with 48 hrs of receiving the intimation.
