| 1 | Design and construction I/C supply of all material, etc. one unit of R.C.C. elevated reservoir 50 Kl. net capacity over a staging of 15.00 Mt measured from G.L. to top of bottom ring beam I/C foundation and super structure flooring 40 mm thick in P.C.C. in 1:2:4 over 8 cm thick, 1:6:12 in P.C.C. in panels of 1.00 × 1.0 M with one metre apron K & C drain around 0.75 M wide balcony of tank floor panel and all other important works such as Lightening conductor, water level indicator, R.C.C., stair case railing & R.C.C. landing & steel ladder inside the tank & from balcony to roof of the tank, Red light arrangements, steel gates enclosure at the entrance of the stair case, with I/C Inlet, Outlet & wash pipe complete as well as 3 coats of approved snowcem paint over tank etc. complete. The lump sum cost should be based for a safe bearing capacity of soil of 6 Mt per Sq and depths of fnd as 1.5 M as per specification attached as directed E/I. |
