Work also includes construction of gantry plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement,coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastaring of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. All concreting material like cement, ballast, sand, labour & T&P etc. shall be provided by the contractor. 52 Erection of complete bus bar gantryin switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction of gantry plinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement,coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastaring of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. All concreting material like cement,ballast,sand labour & T&P etc.shall be provided by the contractor. 53 Erection of complete structure and 33 KV Line/Bus Isolator in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work also includes construction ofplinth of size 1.0x0.45x0.45 cum with cement,coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6 and plastaring of plinth with cement & sand in ratio 1:4 including digging of pits & backfilling. All concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc.shall be provided by the contractor. 54 Erection of complete structure and 33 KV lightening arrestor in switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work includes erection of 3 Nos.33 KV lightening arrestor, its fitting and mounting with care. Grouting of structure with cement, coarse sand and ballast in ratio 1:3:6, construction of plinth size 0.90x0.45x 0.45 cum. Plastering the plinth with cement mortar with cement and sand in ratio 1:4. All concreting material like cement, ballast, sand labour & T&P etc.shall be provided by the contractor. 55 Cartage & Erection of complete 33 KV VCB with structure in switchyard and grouting of VCB structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of VCB on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable for operating the VCB . All other item like cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor. 56 Cartage & Erection of complete 33 KV C.T (03 NO) with structure in switchyard and grouting of C.T. structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of C.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable . All other item like cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor. 57 Cartage & Erection of complete 33 KV P.T (03 NO) with structure in switchyard and grouting of P.T. structure by cement, sand, brick ballast mortar in ratio 1:3:4. Work includes complete fitting of P.T. on structure carefully with making all connections of control cable . All other item like cement, concrete material, T&P shall be provided by the contractor. 58 Cartage & Installation of 33 KV single/double transformer control pannel & 33 KV line control pannel in the switchgear room and grouting the pannel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. Work includs fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with pannel. Grouting material will be provided by the Contractor. 59 Installation of 33 KV RMU& all connection with the help of 33 KV cable, cable jointing kit & other releted works ie of RMU Panal etc in the switchgear room and grouting the pannel by rag bolt using cement, sand mortar in ratio 1:3. Work includs fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with pannel. Grouting material will be provided by the Contractor except 33 KV cable. 60 Cartage & Erection of 33 KV post Insulators with complete structure in Switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work includes Installation of 2X3 Nos. 33 KV Post Insulator on each structure complete as per schedule, grouting of Structure with Ist class brick ballast in the ratio of 1:3:6, plastering in the ratio of 1:3 on plinth size 0.90x0.45x0.45 Cum. The work is to be done strictly as per RESPO drawing. All the material like post Insulator cap, Cement, concrete material used for above work will be provided by the Contractor. 61 Construction of complete T/F plinth size 3mx3m x 0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing. Top of plinth is to be C.C. work in the ratio of 1:3:6 fitted with 3 Mtr. long, 90 lbs, 2Nos. rail pieces. Cement mortar is to be used in 1:3 ratio. Cement, concrete material, bricks used in plinth shall be supplied by the contractor. 6” stone grit is to be laid before foundation start for whole plinth. All material shall be provided by the contractor. 62 Cartage & Installation of 33/11 KV 10 MVA T/F on the transformer plinth. This work includes dragging loading, shifting, lifting and complete assembling after placing on the plinth.All special and ordinary T&P is to be arranged by the contractor. Special care is to be taken to avoid tilting of T/F and loss of transformer oil. Any damage in T/F will be chargeable to contractor. 63 Foundation wall (retaining wall) for barbed wire fencing. Construction of retaining wall, Corner pillar 18” x 18” Size (4 Nos.), Gate pillar 18”x18” size (2Nos.) intermediate 14”x14” size (Approx. 30 Nos or as per site requirment.) with first class brick ballast, good quailty coarse sand, Ist class brick and cement as per drawing enclosed. The wall shall be 0.30 Mtr. above and 0.45 Mtr. below the ground level and corner pillar. 2.5 mtr., Gate pillar 3.00 mtr. above the ground level. Work includes providing and fixing of Hook on both side of pillar as per Instruction of site incharge. Cement concrete ratio will be 1:3:6 and cement mortar 1:3. All material shall be provided by the contractor. 64 Providing and fixing of G.I. barbed wire through out the retaining wall by weaving the wire mesh 6”x6” size as per drawing and direction of Engineer at site, work includes cutting, binding, turning of barbed wire properly. The height of the barbed wire fencing in 8 feet. All material shall be provided by the contractor. 65 Providing and fixing of switch yard fencing gate size 3 Mt. x 2.5 Mt. made with 65x65x6 mm angle and 45x45x5 mm angle for diagonal support. The gate will be covered by 25x3 mm M.S. flat vertically at every 3” gap. The work also includes painting of complete gate by two coat good quality black enamel paint after red oxide primer. All the material shall be provided by the contractor. 66 Laying of earth mat through out 33 KV Switchyard area as per RESPO design and drawing provided by the department. The work includes diggingof trenches 0.75 Mtr deep as per drawing. Boaring of G.I.pipe (size 2.5 mtr long 40 mm dia & 2.9 mm. thickness) upto 0.5 Mtr below ground level. Connecting all G.I. pipes with the help of G.I. Strips of size 35x6 mm (Approx. 600 Kg) with proper welding with high quality electrodes. All the material shall be provided by the contractor. 67 Earthing of all Structures erected in the yard with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip in duplicate fully welded at both ends to be connected to the earthmat, necessary G.I. strip. All the material shall be provided by the contractor. 68 Earthing of 11 KV indoor equipments, switchgears as per RESPO Drawing. with G.I. Strip of Size 50x6 mm, provided bythe Contractor. 69 Special earthing of lightening arrestor structure with 8 Nos. additional 40 mm dia 2.5 Mtr. Long G.I. pipe electrodes/rod by digging 3 Mtr. deep pits and connecting it with L.A. through G.I. Strip 35x6 mm welded at both ends. All the material Like G.I. pipe, G.I. strip shall be provided by the Contractor. 70 Special earthing of T/F neutral by boring 2 dia 20 feet long G.I. pipe in the wet earth and connecting it with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip to T/F neutral giving half round turn at the T/F. Two separate earthing to be provided to T/F body by connecting it with earth mat by special earthing arrangement for earthing work. Material like strip of size 50x6/35x6 mm and G.I. pipe 2” dia 2.9 mm thick. All the material shall be provided by the contractor. 71 Cartage & Laying and stringing of ACSR panther conductor for busbar between busbar gantry as well as terminal gantry. Three phase jumpering from bus to bar L.A, VCB, C.T., Post insulator and 33/11 KV T/F, Terminal Gantry, Isolator etc. properly with jumpering with P.G. Clamp, T. Clamp and Post Insulator clamp, P.G. clamp, T.clamp. All the material shall be provided by the contractor axcept ACSR Panther conductor. 72 Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminium paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself. 73 Providing and erection of fire stand as per drawing for fire bucket withM.S. Angle Iron 50x50x6 mm with shed of M.S. sheet to cover the bucket and stand properly. All matrial required for this work like exceptM.S. Angle. 5 Nos fire bucket shall be provided by contractor. 74 Installation of24 VOLT BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGER WITH CABNET in the switch gear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. Fixing ofrag bolt. 75 Laying of 11 KV 3 x 120 Sqmm. XLPE power cable by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT and covering the cable from sides and top by laying bricks, finally covering the same by earth and levelling of the same, all the materials, except cable, will be pvovided by the contractor. 76 Construction of cable trenchs for Control cable for VCB, C.T. & T/F Control Pannel T/F in the switchyard as per direction of engineer. trenchs to be 12” wide and 9” deep. work includes digging, of trench, concreting of the foundation in the ratio 1:3:6 R.B. wall 9” wide with cement mortar 1:4 and plastering inside the trench in the ratio 1:3 and sand filling in the trench. Allmaterial except Cable, will be provided by the contractor. 77 Erection, grouting, plinthing, Painting & earthing of sub station type 11m long STP double pole with mounting of accessories like 11 kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel, grouting in ratio1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly. All materials will be arranged by the contractor axcept 11 Mtr long STP. 78 Construction of T/F plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 mtr on a padding 0.25m deep in the ground in the ratio 1:5:10 cement, sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work of Ist class bricks of 0.95m heightand 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thickness, brick work will be in ratio 1:4 cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm below from the top of plinth, cement, sand and ballast should be placed in ration 1:24 and 2nos. channels be grouted in the concrete. The T/F plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12 mm thick in 1:6 cement and morter. All materials will be arranged by the contractor. 79 Cartage & Fixing of termination of cable boxes of size 3 x 120sqmm.XLPE cable. Boxes will be of Heat Shrink indoor type andoutdoor type and will be supplied by the depatrtment 80 Laying of 0.4 KV Alm. PVC 4x16mm2 L.T. power cable from sub station T/F to L.T. Distribution Board. Approx Length of cable 100 Mtr. All materials will be arranged by the conctractor 81 Laying of following copper control cable 2x2.5 /4X2.5 mm2form C.T. T/F to transformer control panel /protection Board. 82 Erection and Commissionig of lighting arrangmentat six places on 9 Mtr. STP Pole with 160 watt LED. Painting of pole with one coat of red oxide and two coats of ISI markAluminum paint. Cable, Switch board, MCB, Lampand all other material like paint etc. Switching & wiringof light will be provided from control room. All materials will be arranged by the conctractor axcept 9 Mtr long STP. 83 Cartage & Erection, grouting, plinthing, painting & earthing of 11 mtr double/section poleincluding fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like channel, angle, disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator etc. grouting in ratio1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly. (Grouting , plinthing and allrequired material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule,only 11 mtr S.T.Pole provided by Deptt.) 84 Drilling in earth horizontally to cross the road, 1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 33 KV.3x300 sq m,m XLPE cable in 6 dia HDPE Pipe. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules. 85 Cartage & Laying of single 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 600 mm wide including supply of required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable( in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between o.25 mtr. to .40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV,3X300 sq mm cable) 86 Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by machine/ manual drilling method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms . (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.) 87 Fixing ofHeat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable. As per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule). 88 Outdoor/indoor jointing kit 89 Straight through jointing kit 90 Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cablewith GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. Asper Resspo and Electrical safety rules. 91 Earthing of support complete with the help of M.S. rod 16 mm dia and 2.5 mtr. long, fastening of G.I. wire with clamps/X-arm/support to M.S. earth rod.Asper Resspo and Electrical safety rules. 92 Fixing & grouting of stay rod with cement, sand and bricks ballast in ratio !:4:8 and fasteniong the stay wire with pole and stay rod nozzling. Channels and Fabrication for 3 nos Supention) of Packaging Piece and Clamps with Nuts & Bolts and other accessories, one no. guarding angle, grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthingmaterial will be arranged by the contractor) 94 Cartage & Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 13 mrt double poleincluding fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like m.s.channel,guarding angle, disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator etc. grouting in ratio1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthingmaterial will be arranged by the contractor) 95 Cartage & Spreading and stringing of 3 Phase 3 wire continuous panther conductor for 33 KV line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole 96 Cartage & Spreading and stringing of 3 nos G.I. wire no.8 SWG for guarding of 33 KV line and knitting with G.I. wire for making guard at an interval of 3 Meters. The lacing nearest to the support will be about 1.5 Mtr.

Work includs fitting of all accessories in all respect with complete connection of control cable with pannel. Grouting material will be provided by the Contractor except 33 KV cable.
60Cartage & Erection of 33 KV post Insulators with complete structure in Switch yard as per RESPO drawing. Work includes Installation of 2X3 Nos. 33 KV Post Insulator on each structure complete as per schedule, grouting of Structure with Ist class brick ballast in the ratio of 1:3:6, plastering in the ratio of 1:3 on plinth size 0.90x0.45x0.45 Cum. The work is to be done strictly as per RESPO drawing. All the material like post Insulator cap, Cement, concrete material used for above work will be provided by the Contractor.
61Construction of complete T/F plinth size 3mx3m x 0.3 Mtr. above the ground level and 0.75 Mtr. deep foundation made as per drawing. Top of plinth is to be C.C. work in the ratio of 1:3:6 fitted with 3 Mtr. long, 90 lbs, 2Nos. rail pieces. Cement mortar is to be used in 1:3 ratio. Cement, concrete material, bricks used in plinth shall be supplied by the contractor. 6” stone grit is to be laid before foundation start for whole plinth. All material shall be provided by the contractor.
62Cartage & Installation of 33/11 KV 10 MVA T/F on the transformer plinth. This work includes dragging loading, shifting, lifting and complete assembling after placing on the plinth.All special and ordinary T&P is to be arranged by the contractor. Special care is to be taken to avoid tilting of T/F and loss of transformer oil. Any damage in T/F will be chargeable to contractor.
63Foundation wall (retaining wall) for barbed wire fencing. Construction of retaining wall, Corner pillar 18” x 18” Size (4 Nos.), Gate pillar 18”x18” size (2Nos.) intermediate 14”x14” size (Approx. 30 Nos or as per site requirment.) with first class brick ballast, good quailty coarse sand, Ist class brick and cement as per drawing enclosed. The wall shall be 0.30 Mtr. above and 0.45 Mtr. below the ground level and corner pillar. 2.5 mtr., Gate pillar 3.00 mtr. above the ground level. Work includes providing and fixing of Hook on both side of pillar as per Instruction of site incharge. Cement concrete ratio will be 1:3:6 and cement mortar 1:3. All material shall be provided by the contractor.
64Providing and fixing of G.I. barbed wire through out the retaining wall by weaving the wire mesh 6”x6” size as per drawing and direction of Engineer at site, work includes cutting, binding, turning of barbed wire properly. The height of the barbed wire fencing in 8 feet. All material shall be provided by the contractor.
65Providing and fixing of switch yard fencing gate size 3 Mt. x 2.5 Mt. made with 65x65x6 mm angle and 45x45x5 mm angle for diagonal support. The gate will be covered by 25x3 mm M.S. flat vertically at every 3” gap. The work also includes painting of complete gate by two coat good quality black enamel paint after red oxide primer. All the material shall be provided by the contractor.
66Laying of earth mat through out 33 KV Switchyard area as per RESPO design and drawing provided by the department. The work includes diggingof trenches 0.75 Mtr deep as per drawing. Boaring of G.I.pipe (size 2.5 mtr long 40 mm dia & 2.9 mm. thickness) upto 0.5 Mtr below ground level. Connecting all G.I. pipes with the help of G.I. Strips of size 35x6 mm (Approx. 600 Kg) with proper welding with high quality electrodes. All the material shall be provided by the contractor.
67Earthing of all Structures erected in the yard with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip in duplicate fully welded at both ends to be connected to the earthmat, necessary G.I. strip. All the material shall be provided by the contractor.
68Earthing of 11 KV indoor equipments, switchgears as per RESPO Drawing. with G.I. Strip of Size 50x6 mm, provided bythe Contractor.
69Special earthing of lightening arrestor structure with 8 Nos. additional 40 mm dia 2.5 Mtr. Long G.I. pipe electrodes/rod by digging 3 Mtr. deep pits and connecting it with L.A. through G.I. Strip 35x6 mm welded at both ends. All the material Like G.I. pipe, G.I. strip shall be provided by the Contractor.
70Special earthing of T/F neutral by boring 2\" dia 20 feet long G.I. pipe in the wet earth and connecting it with 35x6 mm. G.I. strip to T/F neutral giving half round turn at the T/F. Two separate earthing to be provided to T/F body by connecting it with earth mat by special earthing arrangement for earthing work. Material like strip of size 50x6/35x6 mm and G.I. pipe 2” dia 2.9 mm thick. All the material shall be provided by the contractor.
71Cartage & Laying and stringing of ACSR panther conductor for busbar between busbar gantry as well as terminal gantry. Three phase jumpering from bus to bar L.A, VCB, C.T., Post insulator and 33/11 KV T/F, Terminal Gantry, Isolator etc. properly with jumpering with P.G. Clamp, T. Clamp and Post Insulator clamp, P.G. clamp, T.clamp. All the material shall be provided by the contractor axcept ACSR Panther conductor.

All the material shall be provided by the contractor. 71 Cartage & Laying and stringing of ACSR panther conductor for busbar between busbar gantry as well as terminal gantry. Three phase jumpering from bus to bar L.A, VCB, C.T., Post insulator and 33/11 KV T/F, Terminal Gantry, Isolator etc. properly with jumpering with P.G. Clamp, T. Clamp and Post Insulator clamp, P.G. clamp, T.clamp. All the material shall be provided by the contractor axcept ACSR Panther conductor. 72 Painting of all structure and equipment inside the switch yard with two coats of red oxide primer and thereafter two coats of aluminium paint, giving silver white finish, painting is to be done after proper cleaning of the structures. paint, primer, thinner etc. required shall be provided by the contractor himself. 73 Providing and erection of fire stand as per drawing for fire bucket withM.S. Angle Iron 50x50x6 mm with shed of M.S. sheet to cover the bucket and stand properly. All matrial required for this work like exceptM.S. Angle. 5 Nos fire bucket shall be provided by contractor. 74 Installation of24 VOLT BATTERY AND BATTERY CHARGER WITH CABNET in the switch gear room, by grouting base channel 100 x 50 x 6 x 1000mm. Fixing ofrag bolt. 75 Laying of 11 KV 3 x 120 Sqmm. XLPE power cable by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT and covering the cable from sides and top by laying bricks, finally covering the same by earth and levelling of the same, all the materials, except cable, will be pvovided by the contractor. 76 Construction of cable trenchs for Control cable for VCB, C.T. & T/F Control Pannel T/F in the switchyard as per direction of engineer. trenchs to be 12” wide and 9” deep. work includes digging, of trench, concreting of the foundation in the ratio 1:3:6 R.B. wall 9” wide with cement mortar 1:4 and plastering inside the trench in the ratio 1:3 and sand filling in the trench. Allmaterial except Cable, will be provided by the contractor. 77 Erection, grouting, plinthing, Painting & earthing of sub station type 11m long STP double pole with mounting of accessories like 11 kv fuse set, TPMO, top channel, grouting in ratio1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly. All materials will be arranged by the contractor axcept 11 Mtr long STP. 78 Construction of T/F plinth of size 1.5x1.5x1.25 mtr on a padding 0.25m deep in the ground in the ratio 1:5:10 cement, sand and brick ballast on the top of padding brick work of Ist class bricks of 0.95m heightand 0.35 meter thick wall will be constructed. Rest wall should be 0.23 mtr thickness, brick work will be in ratio 1:4 cement and sand. In the hollow portion the sand should be filled from ground level upto 15 cm below from the top of plinth, cement, sand and ballast should be placed in ration 1:24 and 2nos. channels be grouted in the concrete. The T/F plinth should be plastered on all sides by 12 mm thick in 1:6 cement and morter. All materials will be arranged by the contractor. 79 Cartage & Fixing of termination of cable boxes of size 3 x 120sqmm.XLPE cable. Boxes will be of Heat Shrink indoor type andoutdoor type and will be supplied by the depatrtment 80 Laying of 0.4 KV Alm. PVC 4x16mm2 L.T. power cable from sub station T/F to L.T. Distribution Board. Approx Length of cable 100 Mtr. All materials will be arranged by the conctractor 81 Laying of following copper control cable 2x2.5 /4X2.5 mm2form C.T. T/F to transformer control panel /protection Board. 82 Erection and Commissionig of lighting arrangmentat six places on 9 Mtr. STP Pole with 160 watt LED. Painting of pole with one coat of red oxide and two coats of ISI markAluminum paint. Cable, Switch board, MCB, Lampand all other material like paint etc. Switching & wiringof light will be provided from control room. All materials will be arranged by the conctractor axcept 9 Mtr long STP. 83 Cartage & Erection, grouting, plinthing, painting & earthing of 11 mtr double/section poleincluding fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like channel, angle, disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator etc. grouting in ratio1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly. (Grouting , plinthing and allrequired material will be arranged by the contractor as per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule,only 11 mtr S.T.Pole provided by Deptt.) 84 Drilling in earth horizontally to cross the road, 1050 mm bellow from the surface for laying of HDPE Pipe and laying of 33 KV.3x300 sq m,m XLPE cable in 6 dia HDPE Pipe. As per Resspo and Electrical safety rules. 85 Cartage & Laying of single 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable in normal soil by digging of trench 1050 mm deep, 600 mm wide including supply of required material like first class brick, stone pad and sand etc. The enter axial spacing between two cable( in case of any other cable is also running in parallel) should be in between o.25 mtr. to .40 mtr. The cable shall be laid between two continous rows of bricks, river sand packing on all side of cable shall be done. After laying down of the cable the stone slab shall be laid in such a manner so that cable channel is completely covered from top. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms. (All material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 33 KV,3X300 sq mm cable) 86 Laying of single 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable by machine/ manual drilling method. The cable shall be laid at the depth of 1050 mm from the surface of road. The cable shall be laid strictly in compliance to RESSPO Norms . (The rates must be quoted for each cable of length per mtr.) 87 Fixing ofHeat Shrink cable type end Terminations suitable for 33 KV, 3x300 sq mm XLPE cable. As per Resspo and Electrical Safety rule). 88 Outdoor/indoor jointing kit 89 Straight through jointing kit 90 Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mm XLPE cablewith GI pipe of size 6” dia 3 M long on double pole including its jumpering, complete with clamps, nut & bolts. Channels and Fabrication for 3 nos Supention) of Packaging Piece and Clamps with Nuts & Bolts and other accessories, one no. guarding angle, grouting ratio 1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthingmaterial will be arranged by the contractor) 94 Cartage & Erection, grouting, plinthing & earthing of 13 mrt double poleincluding fixing of necessary clamps, other accessories like m.s.channel,guarding angle, disc insulator with fitting, pin insulator etc. grouting in ratio1:4:8, cement, stone grit & coarse sand, plinthing of support of size 0.4x0.45x0.3 Mtr.with cement sand& bricks blast in ratio 1:4:8 and 12 mm thick plastring around the plingth in ration 1:2:4 with 12 mm thickness curing of plingth should be done properly (Grouting & plinthingmaterial will be arranged by the contractor) 95 Cartage & Spreading and stringing of 3 Phase 3 wire continuous panther conductor for 33 KV line including binding of insulator complete in all respect. The work includes jumpering/connecting of conductor at sectional pole 96 Cartage & Spreading and stringing of 3 nos G.I. wire no.8 SWG for guarding of 33 KV line and knitting with G.I. wire for making guard at an interval of 3 Meters. The lacing nearest to the support will be about 1.5 Mtr.
