Notes for item No 12 to 17: 1.The contractor shall ensure visit ofOEM manufacturer Engineer monthly once and report/ serviceability of Outdoor units and same shall be submitted to this Office. The charges for all OEM procedures are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. The reports of OEM Engineer shall be produced before submitting RARs. 2.AC mechanic must be experienced in VRF Plants and capable for carrying out any type of maintenance or attending breakdown in above mentioned plants. 3. In case of any breakdown the additional man power if required will be arranged by the contractor without any price adjustment. |
