    Annual maintenance of split Air Conditioning units installed at Office Complex, Hospital, Inspection Bungalow, Server Room, Mobile Booster Room, Telephone exchange at Office complex and Power House at Gerusoppa Project 1 ) Visiting Once In Two ( 2 ) Months With Two ( 2 ) No. Of Technicians And Perform Following Tasks During Each Visit:A ) Filter Cleaning B ) Inspection Of Cooling Efficiency And Gas Charging ( If Required ) C ) Inspection And Reconditioning Of Split Ac Units D ) Damaged Cable Repair / Recommissioning E ) Replacement Of Failed Spare Parts F ) Cleaning Of Indoor Drain Pipe ( If Required ) G ) Furnishing Service Reports Along With Remarks If Any. H ) Rectification Of Vibration / Scattering Sounds If Any. 2 ) Attending Breakdown Whenever Called Upon Within 48 Hours Of Intimation. C ) Repairs And Replacement Of Defective Components Like Temperature Sensing Device, Control Pcb, Capacitors, Motors, Remote Controls, Fan Blades / Blowers, Service Valves, Topping Up Of Refrigerant Gas, Repairs Of Voltage Stabilizers Etc., At Free Of Cost.
