| 9 | Supply and Configuration of the Web based Software with following modules:(i) Meter Data Management ModuleThe meter data management module would be responsible for collecting the data from the concentrator and make the data available to the billing system.The meter data management system would capture and provide the following data:(a) 30 min instantaneous data from all the meters for seven parameters – Cumulative Energy, Cumulative Apparent Energy (as applicable), Power, Current, Voltage, Power Factor and Frequency(b) Monthly billing survey data for cum energy and max demand(ii) Postpaid /Prepaid Billing ModuleThe billing module would collect the data from the meter data management module, calculate the energy consumption, calculate billing determinant and make energy data / billing data available to admin and end users. The billing module would include functionalities for tariff setup, bill format setup, bill adjustment, occupation billing and vacation billing. It would allow postpaid and prepaid functionality as required. |
