Bids Are invited for PART-A : SHIFT MANNING - Attending to electrical breakdowns and providing other electrical related services by supplying one skilled and one unskilled labour per shift with regular tools ,tackles and safety items. The same manpower shall alsocarryout preventive maintenance, regular cleaning, housekeeping and other maintenance jobs/wiring works at different heights as per the direction of EIC with material and special tools (as required) supplied by NALCO. Depending upon the requirement, the deployment may change in accordance with conditions specified in Special Conditions of Contract. They shall also take & maintain various records/readings as directed. All the work are to be executed as per direction ofManager-in-Charge or his representative.- Party to quote the unit price in Coloumn I for one shift and the quoted rate shall be inclusive of 18% GST , PART-B : OTHER JOBS - Supply of 10 casual labourers with a supervisor and truck for transportaion of 15 MT test weights (20 kg each) from NALCO Central store at N&C Block to South Block 120 MT Weighbridge, one day before(if required or as per the direction of EIC), then providing 10 casual labourers with a supervisor on the day of stamping for puttting test weights on platform in front of statutory authority as per his direction and shifting the test weights back to NALCO store preferably by next day. Callibration or Stamping of the Weighbridge by LM Deptt, GoO shall be done once in a year. However, during any failure/replacement of any part requiring re-stamping, the whole process may get repeated.The gate pass for test weights shall be issued by NALCO.
