    Tender For Dumpsite Management For Linepipes For Ddhpl Project Of M/S Gail (India) Limited On Open Domestic Competitive Bidding Basis -Dumpsite Management for line pipes including but not limited to arrangement of land lease (new/ extension of land lease agreement of existing dumpsite including transfer of ownership of land), development of new dumpsite (i.e. sand rows, levelling, fencing and lighting etc.)/ maintaining existing dumpsite including extension of area (as required), Area lighting, maintain stock register (i.e. Carry out documentation etc.) of inventory, (handed over to successful bidder after HOTO i.e. Handing over and Taking over, Insurance of Dumpsite Pipes, Loading, Unloading facilities (i.e. minimum one crane for each SOR item along with operators and all consumables etc. loading the pipes on the trailers of the laying contractors / Owners authorized representative as per the instruction of the Owner / Owners representative), Round the clock security etc. Dump yards / storage yards shall be restored to original status before handing over the land to the Owner, furnish No Dues/ No objection certificate from land Owner upon handing over the land to its Owner after completion of work. Handing over of all surplus coated / bare pipes to laying contractor/ contractors at the dump yards/ storage yards as per the instructions of the Owner / Owner’s representative.
