| 1 | Ship to be docked in version-I & version-II of approved docking plan for underwater hull repair. Preparation of dock blocks as per approved docking plan to be carried out and offered for inspection to docking authority/COA/SS prior docking of the ship. Prior approval is to be taken from ICG for any deviation from approved docking plan. |

| 3 | Tugs for docking/ undocking and berthing/un-berthing are to be provided. |

| 5 | Berthing/un-berthing at wet basin to be provided including basin charges as per requirement. |
| 6 | Supply of fresh water to be catered for 05 tons including 250 ltrs drinking water (RO purified) per day. However, payment will be made as per actual consumption. |
| 7 | Suitable arrangements to be made by provisioning of carry away pipes (for AC, Galley, Washrooms and STP) and inlet pipes including collection of sewage from STP storage tank to maintain ship’s habitability by operating ship’s AC/Vent system and STP system. All inway job included. |
| 8 | Fire main connection (min pressure: 4 bar and 40 TPH) including supply of fire main hose to be provided during the dry dock period. |
| 9 | 02 in no. garbage boxes to be provided and garbage clearance to be done twice a day during the docking period. |
| 10 | Stabilized shore supply (415 V, 3 Ph, 100 A, 50 Hz) to be provided. Payment for power supply will be made on actual consumption. |
| 11 | Adequate blowers to be provided for machinery spaces and area envisaged hot work. |
| 12 | Wash and clean under water hull including boot top area and appendages (Approx. area – 520 sq. m) with high pressure fresh water jet (3000 PSI) immediately after dry docking. After cleaning, undertake joint underwater inspection with SS, COA, Rep of paint manufacturer and class surveyor to examine the entire hull including boot top area and appendages paying particular attention to hull plating in the vicinity of defective hull plate areas. All inway job included. |
| 13 | Ultrasonic survey (through coat UTG) of entire underwater area including boot top area through class approved firms to be carried out. Area deteriorated beyond permissible limit including all strengthening members and associated fittings in the area is to be cropped and renewed as per surveyor’s recommendations. Yard to cater upto 2350 UTG points and 02 ton (approx.) steel (Grade AH-36, Thickness - 5mm).Yard to provide 06 copies of survey report, UTG report and details of steel renewal. Payment for steel renewal will be at actuals. Total underwater area is 470 sq m. All inway job included. |

| 15 | Painting (Full coat) of underwater hull at repaired area to be carried out on both side of plate as per paint scheme (CGBR 382) under supervision of paint manufacturer. Paint yard supply. Paint scheme- FRC, Make-M/s Sigma Coatings. All inway job included. Paint scheme is as follows:- Underwater area:- 1st coat – Sigma cover prime 200 yellow/ green 2nd coat – sigma shield 620 RB 3rd coat – Sigma glide 790 Grey 4th coat – Sigma glide 990 Dark Red Sigma glide 990 black (for Boot Top area) Thinner 91-92 Inside compartment:- Sigma Cover 280, Sigma cover 380 green, Sigma cover 380 Grey andThinner 91-92. |
