(a) Dismantiling of double reduction gearbox with coupled induction motor mounted on common base frame of MS channel including Padde assembly. 01 Nos Job (b) Repair/replacement of Double reduction gearbox/planetary gear vertical type rotation at flocculartor with reduction ratio 60:1 and 50:1 respectively, total reduction ratio 45000:1 for cogulation. Gear box should be suited for continous run and couple with electric induction motor of capacity 2 HP, 3 HP, 415 V, 50 Hz, 1440 rpm. 01 Nos Job(c) Repair/replacement commen base MS channel foundation including padde assembly as per manufacture design and proper design and proper aligment including grouting of SS Bolts and painting of MS channel foundation and paddle assembly- 01 Nos JobNote:(a) Checking shall be carried out in Engineer-in-Charge. (b)Old material will be the property of vendor. (c)GST shall be carried out as specified and directed. (d)The rate quoted shall be deemed to include for necessary T & P, nuts, bolts, washers, gaskets insulation tape etc testing all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (d) The old (Rettrived meterial ) will be property of the contractor and Credit @ 12480- (Rupees twelve thousand four hundred and eighty only) shall be deducted fo the complete job.
