| 4 | Structural trees:-M&L for digging holes 1.0m dia and 1.0m deep and removing excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50m away and filling with good earth and cattle manures in 4:1 ratio, and mixing chloropyriphos -20% EC in the required ratio. Supply and planting of approved sapling, sapling should be healthy grown up with good root system and minimum 4 feet height from ground level, after plantation maintanance of plant flooding with water including watering, deweeding, loosening of soil fortnightly spraying of insecticid if required and cleaning of any type of vegetation in and around the plantation area for a period of one month. Plant variety will be very well established over adequately nourished and to be maintained in a specific shape and size out of the plant Cyrus/bottel/palams/Ficus/Benhjamina/Ashoka/ yucca/Phoenix/Noiina/Furcarial (Minimum height 04 feet from ground level ), complete all as directed.Note: Cost of manure /sludge has been included in the quoted rate. | 5 | M&L for developing planting red hedges of height 30 cm and above, 30 cm apart saplings including excavation in trenches to a width of 45 cm and depth 45 cm removed excavated soil to a distance n. exc 50m and filling the trenches with mixture of vermi compost/ cattle manure and good earth in propotion of 2:3 and mixing of chloropyriphos -20% EC with required ratio including watering, manuring for pernnial plants complete all as specified and directed. |

| 12 | Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (NIL). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249)The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the acceptedcontract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249. |
