| 1 | Topographical Survey with Total Station Instrument for site showing all natural and man-made features on the site, preparation of plans (maps) showing all permanent features, including buildings, large trees, pucca & kacha nullas, ditches, nearby roads/approaches, railway track, culverts, over transmission lines, ridges, boundary wall, fencing, demarcation line & levels @ 3 Mtr x 3 Mtr grid and estimating earth work and complete including submission of topo maps and detailed earth work calculations 06 copies after spirally binded along with soft copy complete all as specified and as directed by GE. |
| 2 | Note : (i) Formation level to be fixed by Engr-in-Charge. (ii) Earth work calculation using simpson"s rule and submittingsoftand hard copies (both) of calculation.(iii) Fixing ideal Reduced levels for bldgs, approach road, Retaining Wall, Area Drainage and Footpath and marking with different colour.(iv) The unit rate quoted by the tenderershall be inclusive of all types of taxes, levies including GST, labour welfare tax, all local/ Municipal charges/ Levies etc. as prevailing on the date of submission of tender. Nothing extra shall be payable to tenderer on this account. (v) Necessary deduction at source shall be effected from the amount due to the tenderer by GE as per the mandatory statutory requirements of Central Govt and State Govt. (vi) The unit rate quoted by the tenderer shall be deemed to include for required manpower, tools and plants required for carrying out the topographical survey including transportation thereof to site. (vii) The unit rate quoted shall be deemed to include for clearance of bushes of visibility of size wherever required. (viii) Topographical survey shal be carried out in accordance with specified codes of IS and in presence of JE & Engr-in-Charge. |
