32	Earthing_2	Material and Labour for making new hole of 150 mm dia and 3.0 mtr depth or excvation of earthing size 1.5x1.5x3.5 mtr one pit and supply and filling in micronite(bentonite) base earthing enhancement micronite compound (0.001 ohms mtr conductive grounding granuals 25 kg in each pit) and copper electorode rod 17.7 mm dia and 3 mtr long as per relavent IS and to achieving the desired earth result complete all as specified and as diercted by Engr-in-Charge. (Each earth pit shall include minimum 25 kg NABL Lab certified micronite aggregate and cement 12.5 kg for filling bore hole with water mixed in 1:2 ratio (two parts of micronite aggregate compound and one part of cement), so also achieve eath resistance below 1 ohm including PVC pit box with cover shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates.In case of non achieving of desired results the same shall be re-done by the contractor on his own cost.
33	Test point	M&L test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze/brass size (75 x 75x 10 mm) drilled and 3 Nos brass screwed 8 mm dia, 10 mm long hex. Head screw complete including GI fabricated test point box sixe 150 mm x 100 mm x 75 mm height with front openable made out of not less than 0.6 mm thick PGI sheet including painting complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
34	copper strip	Supply and fix copper strip 20x3.15 mm complete with saddles and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level including removing u/s strips complete all as specified and directed.
35	Bus bar chamber	Supply and fix bus bar chamber IP42 protection of size 0.45x0.3x.50 mtrs fabricated by 3 mm thick MS sheet outdoor type,mounted/fixed on angle Iron frame of MS equal angle size 40x40x6mm of height 0.90 mtr and fixed in ground complete box with dust/vermin proof including aluminium flat of size 50x 6 mm fixed as bus bar over the insulators,sleeved for three phase and neutral and spray painting the box with two coats of enamel paint over a coat of metal primer completeall as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge including necessary excavation,PCC for fixing the box all as directed.
36	Earthing_3	M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6mm thick burried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 M below normal ground level connected to galvanised strip of 25x4 mm by means of nuts, bolts, checknuts, washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 connected to and including earthing test pointor disconnecting / testing link including excavation/ earth work in any strata, removal of surplus earth, GI pipe for watering and funnel, GI Pipe medium grade 40mm dia for earth lead protection, PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with chamber cover in RCC 1:2:4 type B1 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
