1Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on wall surfaces and applying damp proof coating in three layer treatment by applying first coat of damp guard classic followed by a coat of Damp guard classic putty prepared by mixing 1 part of Damp guard classic with 1 part of white cement (OPC) mixed so as to obtain consistency of a putty and finally applying second coat of Damp guard classic, complete all as per manufacturers instructions, the treated surfaces shall be finished smooth and followed by two coats ofdistemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Rate quoted is deemed to include for providing 104 Dampguard classic completely in three layers including layer of putty, as per manufactures instruction upto the satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge in order to obtain desired finish and for arresting dampness completely.
2Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided as in fins, Facias, chajjahs etc. including cutting of reinforcement, as required to facilitate demolition, for buildings upto two storey height (G+1 format), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of scaffoldings/ stagings are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the item
3Material and labour for providing bond coat in repair by mixing URP with cement in (1:1) ratio by weight with an overlay of repair mortar by mixing 10%-15% URP by weight of cement, in CM (1:3) by adding 20% water by weight for workable consistency, forming upto 25 mm thickness of repair plaster (including bond coat and repair mortar) complete as per manufacturers instructions, as in repairs to exposed portion of reinforced concrete after cleaning the damaged RCC surface, breaking of loose concrete, cleaning of reinforcement using Rust remover and the applying anti corrosive epoxy primer alongwith fixing of chicken wire mesh before applying repair mortar for damaged RCC of cills, chajjas, lintels, shelves, lintels, landing, edges, fins, Facias, drops of slab/roof projection etc., for heights upto 3.0 Mtrs above GL and finishing the surface smooth and even, followed by applying exterior wall care putty not less than 1.5 mm thick and two coats of exterior weather proof emulsion over a coat of exterior primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: Cost of scaffoldings/stagings, formworks, URP, anti corrosive epoxy primer and chicken mesh are deemed to be included rate quoted for this item.
4Description all as per Sl item No. 3 here in before but for heights exceeding 3.0 Meter and not exceeding 6.0 Meters (Upto G+1 Storey) above GL, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
5Material and labour mild steel TMT CRS bars 10mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape, required including cranking, bending, spirally for hopping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, including embedding in concrete, as necessary, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Taking down cement plaster on brick walls or stone walls any description etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
7Material and labour for Rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:6) finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
8Rendering 5 mm thick cement plaster on faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:3)as in ceiling finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
9Material and labour Rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar (1:4) finished even and smooth without using extra cementincluding mixing of water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: WPC will be measured and paid separately as supply only item

11Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surface of wall and applying 1.5 mm thick wall care putty and making the surface smooth followed by Two coats of Distemper oil emulsion, acrylic distemper (ready mixed), of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour complete, as per manufacturer"s specification over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
12Material and labour three coats of white wash on surface of ceiling including preparation of new plastered surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
13Material and labour for preparation old decorated painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of exterior weather proof emulsion paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
14Material and labour for preparation old decorated painted surfaces of walls and applying one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
15Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic weather proof emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
16Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered and concrete surfaces and applying two coats of exterior emulsion weather proof paint (Apex Ultima or equivalent) of any colour, over a coat of exterior primer, over a coat of cement based exterior putty not less than 1mm thick on wall/column projection, chajjas sides and bottom, roof projection, wall etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
17Material and labour for Complete removal of existing treatment and applying one coat of Raincoat weatherproof coating without any dilution to maintain a spread of 4.0 Sqmt per liter per coat to achieve 120-130 micron thickness and after drying applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic weather proof emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali and fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. 30Material and labour preparation of surfaces to receive grease, for easing of rolling shutters and by applying grease to the guide channel, spring, bearing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
31Taking down aluminium window shutters from ground floors of buildings, removing and replacing the old hinges with new anodised aluminium hinges. 75 mm long, and refixing the window shutters in the same opening after carrying out minor repairs and fixing of sheet glass, if necessary, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: a) Sheet glass will be measured and paid separately under respective item. b) Rate quoted is deemed to included for hinges, screws, rubber beading for fixing glass and any other tools and plants required for fixing of window shutters etc...
32Taking down aluminium window shutters from first floors of buildings, removing and replacing the old hinges with new anodised aluminium hinges. 75 mm long, and refixing the window shutters in the same opening after carrying out minor repairs and fixing of sheet glass, if necessary, complete all as specified and directed.
