Bids Are invited for Repair to Hydraulic Elevating Platform (11 Mtr) Mounted on Eicher (NYA)of AGE E/M(Elect and Refg)AF Stn Jamnagar under GE (AF) Jamnagar No 1 - (a) M&L for servicing the Hydraulic Elevator completely includng cleaning, water, washing, greasing, checking of all flexible hoses and carrying out the following repair works and replacing the unsv part:-Dismantling the exisitng suction strainer, Return filter element, filter breather cap and refixing the same after clearing , Hydraulic Pump Shaft Key - Supply and replace worn out hydraulic pump shaft key and tighten all fasterners of transmission system , Greasing - Greasing of pins and bushes, Rotary joints, gear pinion etc. , Tightning of Bolts - Tightning of Bolts for Hydraulic pump and control valve , Pump section - Servicing of pump suction line. , Stabilizers Cylinders - Supply and Replace seals in stabilizers cylinders , Boom Cylinder - Supply and Replace seals in the boom cylinder seats , Overhauling - Overhauling of pump/control valve /hydro motor including topping of Hydraulic Oil , Parallel linkage (Lower) - Supply and Replace Parallel linkage (lower) , Replace Parallel linkage( Upper) - Supply and Replace Parallel linkage ( Upper) , Hydraulic cylinder (Lower Boom) - Supply and Replace seals of Hydraulic cylinder (Lower Boom) , Maintnance of Stabilizer Cylinder - Maintenance of stabilizer cylinder , Thrust Bearing - Supply and Replace thrust bearing , Rotary Joint - Supply and Replace Bolt for rotary joint. , Swivel Pad - Supply and Replace Swivel pad. , Rotary Joint O Ring - Supply and Replace Rotary joint O;Ring. , Check Valve - Supply and Replace In line check valve. , Gear Box - Maintenance of reduction gear box. , Single Level Control Valve - Supply and Replace single level controll valve , Solenoid valve - Supply and Replace Solenoid valveNote:- (a)Old retrieved material for above job is contractors property.
