| 1 | Providing and installation of designed name plate units | Providing supplying and installation of 3 numbers of name plate units having the size of 1.82 m (h) x 1.22 m (b) by using the 18.0 mm thick moisture resistant (MR) plywood. Units should have borders at top and both sides vertically. The top border should be prepared by using MR plywood sheets having size of 122 cm x 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm, l x b x h) and fixed on the back sheets of plywood. Unit should also be provided and fixed the three decorative lights. Whereas, two vertically borders having the height of 1.82 m should be prepared in such a way that top of order will have depth and breadth of 7.5 cm x 7.5 cm and then reduced the depth gradually. And at bottom, the depth of border should have 1.0 cm. All the exposed sides of the borders should be laminated with 1.0 mm thick premium quality glossy sunmica sheets. After that, front portion of unit should be laminated with 3.0 mm thick pure white ACP sheets by using strong adhesives. All the materials used for the construction of units must have manufactured by ISI/ISO labelled companies (For detail, see uploaded PDF file). |
| 2 | Providing and fixing the hydraulic floor springs at the bottom of the existing doors | Providing and fixing the hydraulic floor springs at the bottom of the existing doors: Providing and fixing of heavy duty polished stainless steel door spring machines along with all the fixing accessories to existing doors for auto closing of doors. The hydraulic floor spring should have capacity of 60-85 kg (double action, single cylinder) and it must be manufactured by ISO/ISI company (Blandox, Azone, Ebco or equivalent brand as approved by the officer in charge) conforming to IS: 6315 for aluminium doors. The quoted price should be included the cost of floor springs, cutting of floors, embedding in floors, covering with plates and finishing etc. along with the fitting charges. Entire work should be done in true line level and maintain aesthetic value as directed by Officer in charge. |
| 3 | Proving and fixing of bottom platform made along with four wheels for the tissue culture racks | Proving, supplying and installation of bottom platform made out by prelaminated 18.0 mm MR plywood along with four wheels for the tissue culture racks: Six numbers of the bottom platform/stage each having the dimensions of 1.30 m x 0.60 m should be constructed by using 18 mm thick MR plywood sheets (SRG/API/Green or equivalent brand as approved by the authority). For providing strong foundation, framing having width of 7.0 cm should be done surrounding the border of platform by using SS screws and strong adhesives [Favicol, Euro, Blue cot or equivalent brand (D3 grade] thus, total thickness of platform border should be of 36.0 mm. All the exposed portions (upper, bottom and all sides of unit should be laminated with 0.8 mm off white sunmica sheets. So, prepared sheets should be fitted with existing tissue culture racks by using desired quantity and quality of SS screws (30 mm). Each unit should be provided with four number of moving nylon heavy duty caster wheels, having load bearing capacity of 1100 kg with two locking brakes and fitted with SS screws (19 mm x 12.00 mm) at each corner of platform. |
| 4 | Providing and supplying of 1.5 mm cables along with electrification | Providing and supplying of 1.5 mm cables along with electrification in the RS and GIS laboratory: Electrification work is to be required in false sealing area (47 SMT) of the RS and GIS laboratory. The quoted rate should be included electrification work along with 1.5 mm electric cable which must be manufactured by ISI/ISO company (R. R. Kabel, Finolex, Anchor or equivalent brand as approved by the officer in charge). There will be total 22 points in the false sealing area including 5 number of fans. Note that the quoted price should include only cost of cables, insulation tapes and electrification charges whereas, required quantity of lights, switch boards and fans will be provided by us. |
| 5 | Electrification work in the RS and GIS laboratory | Electrification work in the RS and GIS laboratory: For electrification work, the quoted rate should be included only the charges of electrification work along with the insulation tapes for the 28 points in the wall panelling area of the laboratory. Whereas, all the required quantity of switches, boards, cables and required quantity of SS screws will be provided by us. For this work, firstly, fix the rectangular electric boards having four points on the wall panels by cutting the wall panels of the laboratory. Note: The quoted price should include only the charges of electrification work, fitting of boards on the wall panel along with insulated tapes. Whereas, all the required quantity of switches, boards, cables and required quantity of SS screws will be provided by us. |
| 6 | Providing and supplying of colours and do colour work on the cement plastered wall | Providing and supplying of colours and do colour work on the cement plastered wall in the RS and GIS laboratory: Supplying and coating of Royal finished colour (Asian, Berger, Dulux or equivalent brand as approved by officer in charge) on the cement plastered walls will be done at the construction site. The total area of a wall is about 33 SMT. Removing of the dirt particles from all surfaces of the wall should be required before the wall primer and colour work. The cost of colour work on walls should include the cost of wall primer (two hand), wall putty (one hand) plus two hands of royal finished colour along with labour cost and accessories. Entire colour work to be done in true line level to give an even shade and maintain the aesthetic value as directed by Officer in charge. Note: Cost of colour work will include the cost of required quantity of wall primer, putty and colour along with the labour/coating charges and necessary materials required for colour work (sanding materials and brushes etc.) |
