5Material and labour for disconnecting old unserviceable under ground LT cable of any size/type from existing pole or building or any location, taking out of cable, bricks and sand cushioning including removing of dismantled material (except for the material required for re-use) from work site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
6Supply and Laying LT under ground XLPE cable of size 16 sqmm, 4 core including testing and commissioning insulated, screened, PVC bedded, armoured steel strip or wire armoured,electric cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminium conductor,1100 Volts grade in trenches/on wall/poles laid in ducts/inside protection pipe including cable glands,lugs and suitable size of MS saddle clips (where ever cable laid in ceilings / walls without cable duct) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Excavation,sand cushioning,brick will be measured and paid separtely.

18Material and labour for well burnt brick sub class "B" of size 230 x 115 x 75mmhaving crushing strength 75 kg/sqcm best quality locally available laid flat, dry in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
19Relaying of old good condition bricks (obtained from taking down) over sand cushioning laid for UG cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (Note: Good condition bricks retrievedfrom BOQ item no. 5 to be used.)
20Boring/Drilling (horizontally) manually under existing road/ pavement/ hard standing(maximum 10 m in width) without disturbing the top surface of road, suitable for passing GI tubing upto 80 mm bore complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
21Supplying and fixing in repairs 50 mm bore,galvanised mild steel pipe /tubing,light grade for cable protection complete with all fittings, laid in trenches / under roads, fixed to poles/ walls with Mild steel clamps , bolts , nuts and washers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :-Excavation & Earth workshall be measured and paid separately)

40M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of swaged steel tubular street light poles 9/11 meters height including GI pipe of of street light fittings by scrapping up old corroded paint/dirt/dust/rust and applying two coats of aluminium paint over one coat of metal primer and marking zebra crossing up to height of 1.5 m above the coping with strips of synthetic enamel paint including writing pole numbers and one coat of color wash on PCC coping complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
41M&L for replacement of insulated synthetic mat of size 2m x 1 m x 2.5mm suitable for 11KV working pressure as per IS 15652-2006 including taking old worn out insualted mat from various E/M installations complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
42Dismantling and taking down old cross arms, clamps, braces etc of any section from pole includingnuts, bolts, washers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note - Cost of cutting of bolts (Slag bolts) if reqd shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted for this item.
43Material and labour for Mild steel cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps, and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending, cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat with red oxide Zinc Chrome and two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
44Supply and fixing in repair mild steel chequered plate Fe-410-W (gde-E-250), 7mm thick square cut or notched , forming holes without any attachment as duct covering size and length as approved including primer painting complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
45Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfacesof any description , not otherwise described ,over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paintincluding cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removingalldrops etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
46Material and labour for writing letters or figures ( Block , Roman, Italic or Indian ) n exc 30 cm high with thick synthetic enamel paint with out showing signs of brushes mark ( if necessary they shall be repainted until the desired result obtained) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
47Material and labour for repair of LT panel door by replacement of hinges, locking arrangements,nuts, bolts & washers as per existing size/type including welding,. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: One leaf of door will be measured and paid as one Job.)
48Labour for repairing existing APFC capacitor bank panel board, upto 125 KVAR with 5/6 stage, any make by disconnecting, removing all the electric supply connections, Finding fault by dismantling parts, complete repairs and servicing the panel including taking down of faulty parts, cleaing by cleaning agent, including testing and commissioning the panel complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. NOTE : (a) supply and fixing of Major Spare parts i.e MCB, APFC power factor controller, capacitors, contactor, LED indicator, selector switch, push switch, Voltmeter, Ammeter etc will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch "A" item. (b) Cost of minor spares such as cotton waste, nuts and bolts, insulators and separators, Bus bar PVC colour coating, cleaning agent and any minor repairs are deemed to be included in the quoated rates.

62Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level ) with the top edges of plate not less than 1.5 mtrs below normal ground level connected to GI strip of size 32 mm x 6mm thick as earth lead by means of brazing, bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron protected by 40 mm dia Galvanised iron pipe "light grade" and connected to main switch board or main control board as directed all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 complete all as specified and directed including testing on completion and also including taking out old unserviceable earthing completely. 65Supply and fixing in repair for earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required for 32 mm x 6 mm thick, galvanised iron strip using porcelain clit/post insulators, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.
66Material and labour for opening of control gear box of solar panel, disconnecting of charger unit from battery and main cable, replacement of heavy duty lead acid battery 12 volts, 180 AH with new including replacement of defective diode, resistance and re-assemblingcomplete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

69Material and labour for opening of control wiring of AMF panel from battery charger and main cable , replacement of zero maintenance battery 12 Volts, 65AH with SMPS charger sealed generator system including re-assembling complete unit after rectifying defects complete all as specified anddirected by Engneer-in-Charge.
70Supply and fixing in repair of bus bar chamber box AC 415 V, 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire wall mounting type structure of minimum size 0.6m x 0.6m x 0.45m with bottom cable entry with suitable cable glands structure made out of 2.0 mm thick CRCA steel sheet including 4 Nos aluminium bus bar 200 Amp supported on non hygroscopic fibres and brass screws having 4 Nos hole on each busbar with nuts , bolts & washers and suitable mounting arrangwment for bus bars having sloping canopy at top with suitablelocking arrangement duly powder coated finished complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
