| 1 | Supply, design & fabrication of automatic power factor panel made out of MS sheet steel duly power coated paint free standing type having a lockable arrangement suitable for power factor 0.9 using the following material: a) Incoming MCCB with operating handle of rated capacity. MCCB with 100% ICU 4 pole 50 KA with both side spreader links thermal magnetic adjustable thermal (0.8 in- 1.0 in) (ics=icu=100%). The MCCB should be CE marked & shall confirm to IEC-60947-2-2003 standards. The MCCB shall have a maximum operational voltage (Ue) 690v, insulation voltage (Ui) 1000v, and impulse withstand voltage (Uimp) 8KV. MCCB"s shall be actuated by a rotary-handle that clearly indicates the three distinctive positions: ON, OFF and TRIPPED, Total Opening Time <10msec, Mechanical Life 25000 operations & Electrical Life @ 415 AC 10000 operations. b) MCB"s C- curve 10 KA, TP of rated capacity current transformers of rated capacity, multi function meter. c) Auto manual selector switch indication red, yellow, blue & green d) Automatic pwer factor controller (12 stage) e) Capacitors heavy duty EHDLL of different capacity f) Contrator capacity duty of required capacity g) The cost including suitable size & length of the bus-bar & internal wiring in copper flexible wire of suitable size.
