Comprehensive Maintenance To 1 No. 13 Passenger Lift At Te Building Vijayanagar Bengaluru ( For 2 Years ) - Comprehensive Maintenance of 1 No. 13 passengers (884 Kgs capacity) lift, having Stainless steel car, SS False ceiling, SS Car and landing doors, Overload Indicator, ARD including its battery, all standard accessories including guide rails, ropes, safety devices, counter weight, self-travelling devices, terminal buffers, doors, wiring connections and connected equipments,including attending complaints for the developed faults in the lift (within reasonable time on intimation over phone/telegram/fax/entering in complaint register) including identifying of fault, replacement of all faulty spares, making the lift run in good working condition. Servicing of lift, identifying of fault in advance, as per terms and conditions and specifications attached. Servicing to be done minimum once in a calendar month etc., as required.
