Hire charges for 15 Hrs. from 06.45 Hrs. to 21.45 Hrs per day in general but may vary depend on every day requirement (not on hourly basis) excluding cost of fuel.This shall include charges for Lubricant required for running the Vehicle, Wear and tear, Servicing, Repairs,Tools and tackles etc., Driver’s salary batta and other allowance, Insurance and all others charges, Tolgate charges/ parking charges

Hourly retention charges per completed Hour beyond Fifteen hours subject to maximum of four hours (The 15 Hrs. duration is generally from 06.45 Hrs to 21:45 Hrs. But may vary depending on everyday requirement.)

Extra rates for night halt use of the vehicle if requiredbetween 21.45 Hrs to 06.45 Hrs. on the next day exceeding the four hours refered in ( 2 ) above
