| 4 | Careful maintenance of potted plants both indoor & outdoor is to be done by cleaning, mopping of the pots and leaves ofthe plants, watering, manuring, pruning, hoeing, weeding of unwanted growth etc. and painting of pots to keep it in shining appearance throughout the period of contract and applying insecticides, pesticides etc. changing of soil when required. The work also includes decoration of Institute building, inside and outside pavements, assembly hall, auditorium, gurukul, habitat and all residential quarters etc. as per the scope of work and special terms and conditions. |
| 5 | Careful maintenance of flower beds, both seasonal and perennial as per the scope of work. This will include planting of seedling, maintaining plants throughout the season/year as the case may be by applying good horticultural practices like manuring, watering, hoeing, removing unwanted weeds, applying, pesticides, insecticides, fungicides etc. If at any point of time it is found that treating of soil with above mentioned chemicals is not satisfactory and if it needs more treatment, the word of Engineer - in - Charge will be final and binding upon the contractor. |
| 6 | Careful maintenance of different types of grounds/ Open Areas described in the scope of work by applying good horticultural practices like manuring, watering hoeing, removing unwanted weeds, mowing, cutting, removing, cleaning, applying pesticides, insecticides, fungicides etc. wherever at regular intervals required as per the scope of work. If at any point of time it is found that treating of soil with above mentioned chemicals is not satisfactory and if it needs more treatment, the word of Engineer - in - Charge willbe final and binding upon the contractor. |
