| 43 | General Notes for item No. 48.00:- (i) The DG set shall be taken over only after it has been tested as per relevant IS specification/ instructiions by the contractor in the presence of an officer nominated by the accepting officer. (ii) All the expenses incurred on the above test including provision of testing apparatus required to carry out the above mentioned test shall be born by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. If the result of the test is not found satisfactory, the contractor shall at his own expense, replace the defective equipments/ materials/ accessories or any thereof as directed by the GE. Decision of accepting officer shall be final conclusive and binding in this respect. |
