19Supply and fix new pin type porcelain, vitreous, white/brown/ green insulator 150mm high and 150mm dia including one galvanised milds steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, suitable for HT 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. 23Supply and fixing 11.0M long steel tubular swaged pole type 410 SP-55 complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, nuts, bolts, screws and washers all as specified including two coats of painting with black bituminous paint upto embedded portion before fixing of poles and two coats of painting withaluminium paint over a coat of primer on exposed surface after fixing complete all as shown in TD drawing No. CEJZ/TD/824/91, Sht No1/2 dt 16.04.91 including following items/ works complete:- (a)Excavation in post holes in any types of soil, returning filling in, well ramming and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50Mfrom the starting points complete all as specified and directed. (b)PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation up to ground level complete all as specified and directed. (c)PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in copings/ collars, bed plates, plinth block etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. (d)M&L for writing letters or figures (Block, Roman, Italic or Indian) with and including thick enamel paint of approved shade not exc 5cmin height complete all as specified and directed. 24Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of copper wound (double wound), step down transformer of capacity 100 KVA (Level-3), plinth/ floor mounted, OUT DOOR TYPE and conforming to IS 1180:2014, AC 3 phase 50 Hz, ONAN with external cooling tubes/ radiators, having no load voltage ratio 11/0.433 KV corresponding to principal tapping, delta connected primary side (11KV HV side) and star connected on secondery side (433V LV side) in accordence with vector symbol Dyn-11 (Vector Group), manual type off load tap changing facility on HT side to vary secondary voltage from minus 7.5% to plus 7.5% in steps of 2.5%, continuous rating of capacity 100KVA including bushing on HT end & cable box on LT side. The transformer shall be complete with all standard fittings and accessories, gauges, first fill of tranformer oil as per IS-335, ISI marked duly filtered & dehydrated etc. Transformer shall be mounted on and including suitable platform of approx size 2.0Mx 2.0Mx 1.0M high (outer dimension) built with 150mm thick PCC 1:5:10 type E2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation extending 150mm on both sides of wall, 350mm thick of brick masonary built in CM 1:6 using old size sub class "B" bricks, brick masonary shall be 450mm below GL & 550mm above GL, exposed faces of brick work up to 15cm below normal ground level shall be plastered in CM 1:4 & flush in same mortar as the work proceeds on faces in contact with soil, floor shall be 100mm thick with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm garded stone aggregate, laid in bays over & including 100mm thick hardcore over approved earth filling, exposed plastered surfaces shall be given three coats of white wash including necessary excavation and earth work complete all as specified and directed. The unit rate of transfarmer shall also includes the cost of following accessories/ fittings :- (a)One cable box on primary (HV) side having cable glands suitable for OH conductor (consisting of 3 Nos porcelain HT bushings with brass/ gun metal bushing rods complete with nuts and washers). (b)One cable box on secondary (LV) side consisting of 4 Nos porcelain bushing with GM bushing rods complete with GM nuts, and washers with one No. cable gland suitable for reception of outgoing LT armoured cables of suitable size. (c)Oil conservator tank with filter type, drain valve and oil level gauge.

31Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Servo controlled voltage stabilizer of cpacity 150 KVA conforming to BIS 9815: Part-I (1994) (reaffirmed 2009), 3 phase, 50 Hz, naturally oil cooled, out door, unbalanced type, copper wound, metallic body duly powder coated with lifting hooks two Nos., digital display type, relay free smooth and silent operation with Ist fill of transformer oil up to level conforming to revevant IS having following specifications with and incuding fixing on PCC plateform:- (a) Input voltage (360-480) volts and output voltage stabilized at any deigned/ desired voltage 415 volts with + 1% (adjustable). (b) Rated frequency 50 Hz.
32(c) No distortion in wave form. (d) Responding time not to exceed 20 mille seconds. (e) Sensitivity (+/-) 1% (f)Rate of correction 8 volt/ second for single phase and 20 volt/ second for phase to phase. 33M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub base of floors, path/ paving etc complete all as specified & directed.
34M&L for 40mm graded broken stone aggregate for spreading/ loose filling in the substation or other places where directed including stacking materials in regular heap/ stack for measurement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Stack measurements after considering engineering practice for voids shall be recorded in MB for payment of this item.
35Supply, installation, testing and commissioning complete of OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating set capable of delivering 80 KW (100 KVA) output, 415 Volts (AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 Hz at 0.80 minimum power factor conforming to IS: 10001/10002 for engine and IS:13364 for alternator. The DG set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mounted on common base frame and complete with AMF control panel standardized by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet, outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe including all mounting accessories as required/ suitable for installation at Jabalpur (MP) complete including, anti-vibration pads, including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and comprising of followings:- Note:- Capacity of engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideration.
36(a) ENGINE (prime mover): Diesel engine 1500 RPM, direct injection, four (04) cylinders inline, four stroke, confirming to ISO 3046/BS 5514, naturally turbo charged, capable of giving adequate BHP (Not less than 126.5 BHP) to drive alternator capable of delivering 80 KW (100 KVA) at outdoor atmoshpheric conditions at Jabalpur, 12/24 Volts (as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with dynamically balanced fly wheel, all standard fittings/ fixtures as per manufacturers with and including suitable panel with tachometer, lub oil temperature, pressure gauze and frequency meter and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and engine protection systems (shut down, high water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure, over speed etc), fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables items etc complete. MAKE:- CUMMINS or equivalent model of other make- CATERPILLAR or KIRLOSKAR or GREAVES COTTON LTD. as approved by GE.
37(b) Alternator: Brushless, self excited, self regulated, AC alternator, 3 phase 415 Volts, 4 wire rated for output of 100KVA/ 80 KW, minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP23 protection class enclosure, insulation class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match with the engine as specified above. MAKE: STAMFORD or equivalent model of other make- CATERPILLAR or GREAVES COTTON LTD. or KIRLOSKAR or JYOTI as approved by GE.
38(c) BASE PLATE:Made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications complete.
39(d) Accoustic Enclosure: (i)Engine alternator assembly mounted on AVM with silencer and SS exhaust below suitably optimized to meet stringent sound emission standards as laid down by MOEF/ CPCB. (ii) Base rail with-draw type fuel tank with a drain plug, air vent inlet and outlet connections, level indicator, manhole etc. (iii)Sub base fuel tank with minimum 13 Hours capacity at 75% load. (iv)12 Volt dry battries with connecting leads and terminals. (iv)90% gloss RAL9003 white pure polyester powder coated and base in black colour. Note: Enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level as under with following conditions as laid down in GSR No. 371 (E) dt 17 May 2002: (i)75 DB at a distance of 1.0M at 75% load under field condition. (ii) 70 DB at 3.0M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing conformance, labelling certificaton, etc
40(e) AMF Control Panel: RAL 9003 white powder coated control panel manufactured with CRCA sheet. Control panel shall have following features:- (i) Water and lube oil drain outlets to be located on the outer surface for easy of maintenance & cleanliness. (ii)MCCB of suitable rating as per manufacturer recommendations with overload and short circuit protection. (iii) Controller as per manufacturer recommendations which displays Voltage, Current, KW, PF, Frequency, KWh. (iv)Indicating lamps for "Load On" and "Set Running". (v) Current Tranformers of suitable rating as per manufacturer recommendations (vi)Copper cables of suitable capacity with incoming and outgoing terminations. (vii) Control fuses duly wired and ferruled. (viii) All standard relays, circuits and protection required for automatic operation of Gen set. (ix)Power cables : Uninyvin copper conductor cables between Alternator & Control Panel inside the canopy.
41(f) Foundation/ Plinth/ Base: PCC platform of size extended 0.50M all round of DG set (outer dimensions), 0.60M above GL and 0.15M below GL in PCC 1:2:4 type B2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, foundation 150mm thick and 150mm extending on all sides of PCC platform in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate including necessary excavation & earth work and plaster/ rendering in CM 1:4 on all sides of PCC platform upto 15cm below from GL and two coats of white wash on plastered surfaces including prepration of surfaces complete.
42(g) Miscellaneous: Tool kit, operation and maintenance catalogue, spare parts list, overhauling manuals, guarnatee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices as and when asked.
43General Notes for item No. 48.00:- (i) The DG set shall be taken over only after it has been tested as per relevant IS specification/ instructiions by the contractor in the presence of an officer nominated by the accepting officer. (ii) All the expenses incurred on the above test including provision of testing apparatus required to carry out the above mentioned test shall be born by the contractor without any extra cost to the government. If the result of the test is not found satisfactory, the contractor shall at his own expense, replace the defective equipments/ materials/ accessories or any thereof as directed by the GE. Decision of accepting officer shall be final conclusive and binding in this respect.
