| 3 | Repairs to potholes any depth not exceeding 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc.,cutting around edges to atleast 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat of paving bitumen of Grade VG-30 at 5 kg per 10 sq m, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder of paving bitumen of Grade VG-30, 9.8 kg per 10 sq m, blinded with 0.09 cu m of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam with 4% binder content, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mmcomplete all as specified and as directed. |

| 6 | Applying evenly using pressure sprayer a priming / tack coat with bituminous primer of paving bitumen of Grade VG-10 at 5 kg / 10 Sqm over bituminous surfacescomplete all as specified and as directed. |
| 7 | Bituminous premix semi-dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC), 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% minimum binder content by weight of total mix, (paving bitumen VG-30) and filler of 2 % cement, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient complete using mechanical paver and rolled to a uniform, smooth surface using Tandem vibratory roller complete all as specified and as directed. |

| 9 | (a) Contractor shall quote his rate by considering 5.5% bitumen content. If it is less than 5.5% by weight of total mix, the amount shall be recovered for the less weight of binder only at the rate of Rs 42/- per Kg if technically acceptable. No other claim whatsoever on account of this will be allowed. |
| 10 | (b) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item. |
| 11 | (c) Cement shall be used as filler at a minimum of 2% by weight of total mix. In the event of variation in the mix design in the percentage of filler content on plus side, nothing extra shall be paid. |
| 12 | Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 150mm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal of unserviceable debris outside of MD land complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 13 | Plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 100mm thick, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and finishing the surface even and fair as in hard standing complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 14 | Plain cement concrete type B-0, 1:2:4, using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in kerb complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 15 | Dismantling of inter locking floor tiling including removing sand cudhioning, stacking the serviceable tiles at store and removing the rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 16 | Spreading and levelling sand below interlocking paver block paving as cushioning, complete all as specified and as directed. |
| 17 | Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness M-40 grade with grey cement and pigmentcomplete all as specified and as directed. |
| 18 | All as per item No 13.00 here-in-before but except tiles.Note: Interlocking tiles obtained from item No 11 shall be re used |
| 19 | Preparing road surface including cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (Retro reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material conforming to IS-164(1981) by fully automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser including glass beads, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator in accordance withmanufacturer’s instructions all as per BS EN 1871, BS EN 1423 and BS EN 1424 complete as specified and directed. |
| 20 | Removing old CAT eyes and taking on credit and provision of new Duo directional CAT eyes (Road studs) of size 100mmx110mmx20mm made up of weather resistant high impact polymer conforming to ASTM D4280 and having electronically welded micro prismatic lens with abrasion resistant coating and fixed with 2 Nos of polymer shanks and epoxy adhesive conforming to ISas per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed. |
