Morning, Midday and Evening refreshment for all stall holders (two persons per stall) have to be provided by the contractor during the event. Round the clock light arrangements with power backup. Adequate Branding of the pavilion as per the instructions of the Officer incharge . The firm shall have to arrange proper security for the events(s) 24x7 during the exhibition. Purified drinking water facility & public convenience shall be made available on temporary basis during the event period. NOC, if any, will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Invitation Cards and all other allied arrangements on UT Day. Prefab material for five extra stalls to be kept readily available on site. High Tea for 50 persons on inaugural day and on the UT day that will be communicated during the event by Officer Incharge.
