Name of Work: Providing Designing and infrastructure on 250 Sq Mtrs for participation of the UT in the forth coming IITF at Pragati Maidan New Delhi in the month of November 2021.

2Designing ,Construction & Erection of stalls and other allied works Duration of the event 14 days Stall size shall be of 8’x8’ (64 sq. feet) height 8-9 feet. 2 table, 2 chairs, 1 Dustbin with 02 LED lights, adequate shelves, display propos in each stall. Morning, Midday and Evening refreshment for all stall holders (two persons per stall) have to be provided by the contractor during the event. Round the clock light arrangements with power backup. Adequate Branding of the pavilion as per the instructions of the Officer incharge . The firm shall have to arrange proper security for the events(s) 24x7 during the exhibition. Purified drinking water facility & public convenience shall be made available on temporary basis during the event period. NOC, if any, will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Invitation Cards and all other allied arrangements on UT Day. Prefab material for five extra stalls to be kept readily available on site. High Tea for 50 persons on inaugural day and on the UT day that will be communicated during the event by Officer Incharge. Adequate decoration and lighting of the venue. 2 vehicle during the event days. Boarding & lodging arrangements for two Officer/Officials during the event.
