| 6 | IMPORTANT NOTE :- 1. 300 additional flying hours in excess of MGF hours are needed to complete AMD target for entire period of the contract. Additional hour charges shall be paid @ 63.56% of the 120 hrs MGF hourly rate. i.e. if the 120 hrsMGF hourly rate is X then charge for every additional flying hour will be (X*0.6356). 2. Approx. thirty (30) payable standing days are required for equipment installation, testing, inspection, un-installation etc. Each standing day utilized by AMD shall be paid @ 75.96% of the 120 hrs MGF hourly rate. i.e. if the 120 hrs MGF hourly rate is X then each standing day charge is (X*0.7596). 3. The rates should be inclusive of all applicable GST, VAT, Central / State taxes and duties. 4. Month means 30 days. In case of broken period payment will be made on pro-rata basis assuming number of days in a month as 30. 5. An integrated tax system (GST) has already been implemented in the country, therefore, claim of payment against any other tax/duty or incidentals other than the quoted rate shall not be entertained. |
