Name of Work: “Hiring of AS350B3 helicopter (wet lease) for carrying out low altitude (60m AGL) Heliborne Underslung Geophysical survey with capability of carriage of 1000kg including underslung load at 30 m AGL, with skilled Pilots, in parts of Madhya Pradesh, Telangana, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, Tamil Nadu, Uttar Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Jharkhand, Haryana, Meghalaya and Assam for a period of 15 months (approximately 2100 hours) between January 2022 and April 2024.\"

IMPORTANT NOTE :- 1. 300 additional flying hours in excess of MGF hours are needed to complete AMD target for entire period of the contract. Additional hour charges shall be paid @ 63.56% of the 120 hrs MGF hourly rate. i.e. if the 120 hrsMGF hourly rate is X then charge for every additional flying hour will be (X*0.6356).2. Approx. thirty (30) payable standing days are required for equipment installation, testing, inspection, un-installation etc. Each standing day utilized by AMD shall be paid @ 75.96% of the 120 hrs MGF hourly rate. i.e. if the 120 hrs MGF hourly rate is X then each standing day charge is (X*0.7596).3. The rates should be inclusive of all applicable GST, VAT, Central / State taxes and duties.4. Month means 30 days. In case of broken period payment will be made on pro-rata basis assuming number of days in a month as 30.5. An integrated tax system (GST) has already been implemented in the country, therefore, claim of payment against any other tax/duty or incidentals other than the quoted rate shall not be entertained.
