    Maintenance of cleanliness & sanitation of MAHASAMUND station including platforms, foot over bridge, platform shelters, drainages in between lines and passenger amenity / service buildings, passenger amenity areas like waiting rooms / waiting halls, concourse, Retiring Room, Dormitory, etc.; service building areas including parcel office, parcel godown, PRS/Ticket booking office, Dy.SS office, SMR’s office, New panel building, RPF Post Thaana), RPF post and new building, VIP Lounge, Goods shed etc; urinals/toilets New buildings) of passenger amenity, service buildings and on platforms, cleanliness of water taps pedestals & Pillar based seats, water coolers, removal of cobwebs of platform shelters, service buildings / passenger amenity buildings; cleanliness of any other forthcoming passenger amenity & service buildings and other areas in station premises during contractual period, picking up plastics from drainages and tracks from home to home signal and garbage from tracks including goods line between home signal to home signal, cleanliness of circulating area of station building, booking office, parcel office, reservation office, goods shed and surrounding of garbage post as well
