(Except The Listed Exclusions). 1. All land belonging to PSPCL/taken on lease by it inside and outside the premises of GGSSTP, Ropar 2. All Trees in the vicinity of GGSSTP. 3. Main plant building of stage-I upto structure at column D i.e TG hall and coal bunker area. 4. Complete coal handling Plant and marshalling yard. 5. Fuel oil storage tanks and oil decantation system 6. EOT crane of TG hall. 7. Flue gas chimney of Stage –I units 8. Work shop and laboratory equipments 9. Boundary wall with all gates and associated fencing. 10. All Watch towers and poles being used for lighting purposes. 11. 220 KV Substation and 66 Kv sub station, its allied equipment/ spares/ consumables and its Building etc. 12. DG set Building, pakage boiler building, boiler mtc workshop and DM plant Building 13. Rain Water Disposal complete System (i.e Pit, drainage pipes & Motor Room etc.) 14. Any type of ACs (Window/split) except central AC system. 15. All types of PCs (except Engineering Station PC servers). All LED screens including LED screens in UCBs etc. 16. Overhead RCC Water Supply Tank 17. List of minor equipments to be used on stage-II & III units as per annexure –P-3
