Aph Model: 24.5 Vit 1450 / 1500 ( 72 Deg Pa Opening ) . Make:Apc / Seisa / Shanthi. Gear Box Model: 5 Apc Direction - One No To Be Supplied As Clockwise And One No As Counter Clockwise. Speed Ratio: 110:1 Motor Rating: 7.5 Kw, 1440 Rpm, Approximate Oil Capacity: 50 Litres The Main Drive Unit Speed Reducer Should Be Supplied In Ready To Fit Condition With All The Spares Attached. Design Features: 1-The Gear Tooth Technology Shall Be As Per Standard Design And Conform Broadly To Din-3960, & Din-3990. 2-The Spiral Bevel Set Shall Be Case Hardened And Lapped In Set. The Surface Hardeness Shall Be Maintained In The Range Of 56-60 Hrc. 3-The Gearbox Casing Shall Be Of Torsionally Rigid Construction With The Provision Of Inpection Cover For Viewing Of Gear Train. 4-The Bearings Shall Be Of Anti-Friction Type And Skf / Fag Make Only. The Over Running Clutch Shall Be Of Sprag Type And With Splash Lubrication Arrangement. 5-Lubricant: Servomesh Ee320 Of Indian Oil Corpn.Ltd / Equivalent Make. Material Of Construction & Heat Treatment:- 1- The Gear Box Casing Shall Be Made Of Cast Iron Conforming To Fg-260 Is-210, Duly Shot Blasted Before Machining 2- The Gear Train Shall Be Made From Case Hardened Steel- Sae- 8620 / En-353 Specification. 3- Low Speed Shaft Shall Be Made Of C-45 Of Is 1570 Duly Normalised Condition. Inspection & Testing:- The Gear Box Must Be Tested During Functional Test Run Under No Load Condition At Suppliers Works Prior To Despatch And During Functional Test Run, The Following Parametrs Are To Checked. ( I ) Shaft Arrangement, Direction Of Rotation, Reduction Ratio As Per The Drawing Or Order. ( Ii ) No Leakage From Joint Face, Caps, Covers Fittings. ( Iii ) Rise In Temperature Is 30 Dgree Centigrade Over The Ambient Temp. ( Iv ) Noise Level Within 80Db Measured At 1 Meter Distance From The Gearbox. ( V ) Vibration- A Normal Unfiltered Velocity Level Of 7.5 Mm / Sec.Is Permissible With A Maximum Displacement Of 50 Micron.
