The handle frame of 25NB shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipe The paddle frame of 50NB shall be made from “c” class G.I. pipesupported with 70X8mm bend M.S. flat and can be replaceable. The foundation to be used for fixing should be a structure and shall be made from center pipe of G.I. of 80NB “c” class welded with M.S. round plate of Ø250 mm & 10mm thick. Main pipe shall be supported with 25 mm X 25mm M.S. angles of 3 mm thickness and 20mm x 40mm CRC square pipes of 3mm thickness. Bushes shall be used of 70mm Outer Diameter with 5mm thickness. The footrests shall be made from Aluminum casting material of size 320mm X270mm X5mm. For support to footrest of 200mmX250mm with 3mm thickness M.S. Plate shall be used.
