Repairing of 100KVA transformer installed at pumping station DodsanBala by way of dismantling of transformer extracting of all the damaged coils , cleaning and flushing of the oil tank by using chemical to all the carbon deposit. P/F of 6 nos HV coils. P/F of 02 no LV coils. Providing fitting of 3 nos LV bushes 2 no HV bushes with metal parts, P/F gasket, nut /bolts, tapes and sundry items. Heat treatment of transformer oil andP/Filling 45ltr of transformer oil. Assembling of transformer and testing on full load. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and carriage/shifting charges of transformer from station to workshop and then back to site.

Design, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of 50HP. Fully automatic unmanned/manned type control panel cum auto Starter for operation ofsubmersible motor & pump sets with solid state fault analyser cum controller ( CBS-4SA). The job involves fabrication of star delta air break auto starter with power contractors MNX- (02 Nos.), for main, MNX- (1 No.)for delta . The system should be provided with MCCB 01 No. of 125 amp. Rating of Havells/LT make. The complete system should be enclosed in a wall mounted MS sheet enclosure box of suitable dimensions. The enclosure should be finished with powder coated painting from inside as well as from outer surface of approved colour. All the electric connections should be made after ;proper thimbling & end socketing of each cable with copper thimbles of appropriate rating. Metering: The enclosure should be front shutter mounted with key locking system having glass window. Digital electronic voltmeter, ampere meter are to be provided along with the required current transformer and selector switches. The internal wiring should be done with flexible PVC LT cable with proper thimbling at each end. Features and specifications a)Automation:- the system shall trip off the motor on power failure and on appearance of an electrical fault mentioned below which may otherwise damage the motor field coils and restart the motor automatically on resumption of electric fault thus providing automation to the system and protection to the motor. The system shall provide against:-1. Low voltage below 350V.2. High voltage above 450V.3. Single phase.4. Reverse phasing.5. Un Balanced phasing. 6. Dry running.7. Over loading.In addition the system shall have1. Separate LED fault indicators2. LED Phase indicators.3. An Isolation by pass system.Making electric connections and testing on full load. Providing and Fitting of 25 sq. Copper cable for making connection from main Switch to Voltage Stabilizer upto Control panel with proper thimbling and insulation The complete job includes carriages, skilled unskilled labour fitting charges at site of work.

Repairing of75KVAvolt. Stabilizer installed at Pumping StationDodsanbala, job includes disconnecting of incoming and outgoing power cables. Dismantling of the stabilizer by lifting of transformer assembly from the oil tank with the help of chain pulley block and manual labour. Complete rewinding of 1 No. main coil by using superior quality of material and as per its original design, replacement of 2 Nos. rotary switches, connecting thetaps of the coil to their respective rotary switches, checking and repairing of its internal control wiring, Assembling the voltage stabilizer after filling of fresh transformer oil30 ltrsto top up the level. Making of power connections after proper thimbling. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and carriage/shifting charges of stabilizer from station to workshop and then back to siteand testing the voltage stabilizer.

Providing/ Fitting of Cu. 3CoreSubmersible Cable 10mmSq. in place of damaged i.e. burnt/burst from Panel to Sub. Motor(Approx 40mtr) at pumping station Dodsanbala D/Well. Job also includes providing and fitting of 200 Amp. Capacity Main switch in place of damaged switch. Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges fitting charges at site of work.
