Supplying & laying , testing & commissioning duly Insulated as per below Chilled Water Piping with Mild Steel \"C\" class pipe of size as mentioned below on exposed surface for connecting chiller, pump etc. bends, tees, reducers, shoe, support ( MS angle support- clamp of suitable size with woode support for exposed surface ) The chilled water piplines are first ani-corrosive paint with two coat primer red oxide with expanded polyestereneaccording to the size as per standard Insulation than 12 mm thick sand cement plaster our it andcovered with vapour barrier, Tarfelt sheet, Chicken wire mesh and finished using 26 gauge Al cladding.

Insulation of pipingshall be with preformed pipe section of high density with minimum 24 Kg/Cu. mt. Density of30mm thick upto 50mm, 40mm thick upto 80mm and 50mm thick above 80mm and below 250mm with fire retardant quality Poly Urethane Foam (PUF) covered with vapour barrier, Tarfelt sheet, Chicken wire mesh and finished using 26 guage Al cladding.

Note:-The Pipes of sizes 150 mm & below shall be M.S. ‘C’class as per IS : 1239 and pipes size above 150 mm shall be heavy class of thickness minimum 7.0mm as per IS: 3589
