2M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
3M&L for preparation of old zinc or galvanized CGI/PGI foor sheet surfaces of any position over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint ( camouflage pattern) as approved by Engr-in charge complete all as specified and directed.
4M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.
5Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.
6M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces,finished even and smooth (without using extra cement)complete all as specified and directed.
7Complete removal of existing treatment of walls, roof projection, chajja etc;including brooming down and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint camouflage pattern as approved by Engr-in charge over a coat of emulsion primer with nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and as directed.
8Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls, and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint camouflage pattern as approved by Engr-in charge over a coat of emulsion primer with nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and as directed.
9Complete removal of existing treatment of walls, roof projection, chajja etc;including brooming down and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal exterior emulsion paint over a coat of emulsion primer with nesessary scafolding complete all as specified and as directed.
10REPAIR TO STROM WATER DRAIN, CULVERT STEEL GATE ETC.:
11Demolition of brick/stone massonry work built in cement mortar as in wall including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.
12Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and directed.
13Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)complete all as specified and directed.
14Demolition of bricks (laid flat or on edge) or brick tiles in flooes, channels, kerbs, aprons, etc.(each layer) laid beded and pointed in anymortar complete all as specified and directed.
15M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.
16All as per item No 2.05 above but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained form demolition after cleaning).
17M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) laid flat, in side of drain/ channel, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
18All as per item No 2.07 above but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained form demolition after cleaning).
19M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (locally available best quality) laid on edge in drain floor, bedded and jointed in cement mortar (1:6) and pointed in cement mortar (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.
20All as per item No 2.09 above but except bricks (using old serviceable bricks obtained form demolition after cleaning).
21M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in benching, coping,slightly rounded or chamfered on edges, finished even and smooth on exposed concrete surface without using extra cement, including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
22M&L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate)as in surface channel/ drainsincluding necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.
23Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/ stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and directed.
24Rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
25M&L 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base floor or hard standing, complete all as specified and directed.
26M&L for pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles 30cmx30cmx 20mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified anddirected.
27M&L for TMT bars 10 mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape as required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia as in reinforcement bar complete all as specified and directed.
28M&L for Rolled mild steel angle iron posts and struts in water channel including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.
29M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete (1:2:4)type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate, finished even and smooth without using extra cementcomplete all as specified and directed.
30M&L for 50mm thick plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection, finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in alternate bays, joints between panels & wall shall be filled with mastic filling of sand & bitumen 85/25 grade using 3 part of dry sand and one part of bitumen complete all as specified and directed.
31Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
32M&L for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in precast cover slabetc., set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.
33Taking up or down 15 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal form site complete all as directed.
34Fixing only old serviceable GI tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all new fittings and fixedto walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.
35S&F GI tubing 15 mm bore, medium grade with all fittings such as bends, elbows, nipples, sockets, tees, unions, short pieces etc. and fixedto walls and ceilings or laid in floors including screwing and waste and for forged bends on piping as required, cutting through walls, floors and making good to match with the existing finishes complete all as specified and directed.
36Taking up or down 20 mm bore GI tubing and connections including cleaning for re-fixing or removal from site complete all as directed.
37Fixing only old serviceable GI tubing 20 mm bore, medium grade with all new fittings and fixedto walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.
