| 1 | Periodical maintenance of transformer such as cleaning of core and winding by means of washing by hosing down with clean dry oil to resludge deposit, replacement of rusted gasket set, burnt spindle, broken/unserviceable HT and LT ceramic bushing , broken arc horn surge arrester, replacement of silica gel for transformer of 150 KVA capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : (i) Cost of Transformer oil for cleaning by hosing down shall be deemed included in the rate quoted.(ii)Gasket set,LT/HT side ceramic bushing,spindle for HT/LT side and arc horn surge arrester for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant item |
| 2 | Re-fixing of transformer core and windings by meansof Crane/Chain Pulley without any damage to core/windings including re-filling/ topping up dehydrated new transformer oilafter carrying out the maintenance/repair and making internal connection on LT/HT side and re-fixing of top lid cover, installing on mounting platform, making connections with HT/LT feeder and testing on load for transformer of150 KVA capacity all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note :- New transformer oil for topping up shall be measured and paid under relevant item.The dielectric strength of the same shall be tested by contractor before filling in transformer. |
| 3 | Rewinding of transformer of 150 KVA capacities by super enameled copper wire as per existing guage ofprimary coil with`E’ class insulation, varnishing and heating the coil properly, fixing on core and making connection to achieve rated voltage and current of followings all as specified anddirected by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 4 | Supply only brass spindle for terminal on HT side threaded complete with nut, washers etc of suitable dia for transformer of 150 KVA Capacity complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge |
| 5 | Supply onlygasket set for transformer top lid cover, LT and HT terminal bushing suitable for transformer of 150 KVA capacity all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge |
| 6 | Dehydration/filtration of transformer oil by means of centrifugal filtration plant to achieve the specified dielectric strength of 35 to 40 KV at 2 mm gap in existing possession of transformer of any capacity and transformer oil for topping up at various sub-station all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 7 | Supply only transformer oil of approved quality having dielectric strength not less than 60 KVA, tested in 4.0mm gap, IS marked (Make: Savita/Poweroil) for filling in transformer for topping up all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. |
| 8 | Supply and fix in replacement of HT 11 KV, 3 phase 50 Hz, indoor type, totally enclosed metal clad switchgear complete with Vacuum Circuit Breaker having rupturing capacity 350 MVA, overload and earth fault protection, ammeter, voltmeter and of rating upto 630 Amp including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. |
