Calibration of Inline FI pump of TVR 2 at PuranaTulail by way of disassembling of barrel plunger assembly along with delivery valve , pump element & control rack and adjusting the lower spring seat and refitting the same after proper cleaning. The job also includes disassembling of fuel feed pump and providing and fitting of side Gasket of fuel feed pump.

Providing and fitting o High Pressure Hydraulic Hoses for Tendum Vibratory Roller (TVR 2) of Gurezas per sample capable of withstanding minimum hydraulic pressure of 19200 PSI.The hydraulic hoses shall be fitted with adopters on both sides as per sample provided.

Repairs to Radiator of 98 BM of Field Mechanical Sub-Division Baramulla by way of washing of the radiator to remove dirt and other foreign bodies on the outer periphery of Radiator tubes and Radiator core. Washing of Radiator tubes by high pressure water jet containing adequate quantity of caustic through the Radiator tubes to remove the deposited silt on the inside of thechoked tubes. Brazing of the Radiator tubes and upper and lower Radiator tanks at requisite spots and refitting of the Radiator tubes on the Radiator core after necessary repairs. The job includes testing of the radiator for checking any sort of leakage after conducting the necessary repairs.
