AMC & Operation ofMulti Effect Evaporator Plant (MEE)The Scope of Work:-A. Multi Effect EvaporatorOperation & Maintenance of Multi Effect Evaporator of Spent wash with Following a) Operation & Preventive Maintenance of Complete Plant on Monthly Basis Including the Follwing:-1. Supply of Operators with Knowledge of Scada & PLC for three shift Operations.2. Suitable Nos. of Skilled Manpower for three Shift Operation.3. Instrumentation & Control, Electrical & Mechanical Trouble Shooting Service Whenever Required.b) Consumables & Chemicals for Cleaningwill be Supply by Mill on FOC Basis.c) Spares of Machinery will be Supplied by Mill on FOC Basis.d) All other Utilities such as Power & Steam will be supplied by mill.B. Spent Wash Plant (450 M3 per day feed) with new Hight Pressure RO.a) Operation & Maintenance of Spent Wash Nano, CPU & High Pressure RO (Feed to Nano Plug High Pressure RO plant to be Considered for per Cubic Meter Calculation). 1. Reject of HP to be Feed into MEE for Concentration of 30% Solid and Futher usedused in Bio-Compost.2. Consumables & Chemicals for Cleaningwill be Supply by Mill on FOC Basis.3. Spares of Machinery will be Supplied by Mill on FOC Basis.4. All other Utilities such as Power & Steam will be supplied by mill.
