The charges for Supply, Manning, and Operating of one Bull dozer crawler type 3.0 to 5.0 Cu M dozing capacity or its equivalent on hire basis for DCI intended works at Paradip for a period of four month (04) Months I.E.120 Days.The rate (to be quoted) isinclusive of Loading, Transportation and unloading of the Machinery at site , Mob & De-Mob, Operator, Helper, Materials, Fuel, Lube oil, repairs & Maintenance and spares, watch keeping, Permissions, inclusive of all but excluding GSTa. If running is less than 04Hrs. = Half Shift.b. If running are more than 04Hrs and less than 08Hrs= Full Shiftc. If running for 08Hrs= Full Shiftd. If runningbeyond 08Hrs= Extra per HourNote: The rate (to be quoted) is per shift of 08Hrs or part thereof

Charges towards Idle Hours/ Retention /standby charges per day.Note: These charges will be applicable only when the Bull Dozer is not used in a day of 24Hrs on DCI account. And Payable only if monthly utilization is less than 15 days as per Sl.No.1Note:1. The grand total of all the Sl. No. 1 to 3 will be considered for the purpose of evaluation of L-1.2. The idle/retention/standby charges at Sl.No.3 is payable for those days when the hired BULL DOZER is not used at all in a day of 24Hrs. And Payable only if monthly utilization is less than 15 days as per Sl.No.1
