    Annual Maintenance of, Mangalore Mangala swimming pool of Mangalore City Corporation located at Ward No 28, Mannagudda ward, Ladyhill. In connection with the overall maintenance contract, opening and operating the swimming pool from 05.30 to 10.00 am and again from 3.45 to 9.45 his every day. Providing two life guards and one helper in uniform who are experts in swimming. Maintenance of the garden around the pool and housekeeping of the surrounding area. Spraying of chemicals into the swimming pool. Repairing of glands, shafts, bearing, (including repairing of winding) and all other type of repairs of all pumps Cleanliness and operation of filters (sand filters) Operation and all type of repairs associated with the compressor. Supply of items required for sweeping, cleaning, phenoil. Repairing of water supply pipelines Cleaning and maintenance of toilets. Carrying out all works associated with maintenance and operation of the swimming pool to the entire satisfaction and without any compromise. Carrying out any other activities identified by the engineer in charge Carrying out Annual Maintenance and operation of the Mangala Swimming pool including all type of transportation, applicable GST, all taxes and including all incidental expenses.
