The Supporting Structures will be fabricated as per foundation diagram.Each supporting structure to be welded on Deck 04. The dimensions of supporting structure are 1500mm x 1700mm for VNG SH and 1500mm x 1100mm for XLR SH.The upper plate of the Supporting Structure will be machined as per foundation drawing. The WT will be secured on bracket by four M16 screws (provided by Supplier). The footprint of WT is 460mm x 460mm. Foundation Brackets/ frames will be manufactured by Supplier. |
| 7 | Deck 04 – Installation of 02 Power Converters on Deck 04.Power converters will be bulkhead mounted. Four brackets to be welded on Flag Bridge wings, Deck 04, one each on port and starboard side.The converter will be secured on bulkhead on brackets by 04 bolts. Footprint details of each converter are 800mm x 600mm. Foundation Brackets/ frames will be manufactured by Supplier. |
| 8 | Deck 04 –Fabrication/procurement of 02 weather proof boxes for storage of 28V Power Converters.The boxes will have dimensions of 1000mm x 800mm x 500mm. Four brackets to be welded on Flag Bridge Wing Deck, 04 adjacent to Flag Bridge Doors.The boxes are to be secured on bulkhead by foundation frames/ four brackets to cover footprint of 1000mm x 800mm. Foundation Brackets/ frames will be manufactured by Supplier.Securing of all cables inside metal conduits. The conduits will be fitted and provisioned by Supplier. |
