| 4 | Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of one number Additional Outgoing feeder of 630A rating for feeding power supply to 250 kVAR APFC Panel in the existing Main Panel installed at KWA Kuriyathi Pump House, Thiruvananthapuram. The works involves SITC of one number 630 A 4P 36kA MCCB, necessary control wirings, panel fabrication works using 16 gauge MS sheets etc complete in all respects. Also, the rate is inclusive for extending the equivalent size of existing Al busbars of Main panel to facilitate addition of new APFC PAnel outgoing feeder in this. In addition, the earthing termination works for this new panel cubicle is included in the rate. |
| 5 | Supply, laying / clamping, testing and commisioning of the following XLPE insulated PVC sheathed armoured heavy duty power cable conductor of best conductivity aluminium 1.1kV grade strictly conforming to IS:1554 (Part-I) 1964 (A2XFY) of the following sizes in cable trench/cable tray /wall using Al/GI/painted MS clamps. | 11 | Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of :(A) New 11kV HT Metering CTs - 3 Nos. of Ratio:?20/5A, Accuracy class: 0.2S and Burden: 10VA and (B) New HT TOD Meter of latest KSEBL standards (3phase 4 wire HT TOD meter, DLMS compatible, Make: L&T,Accuracy Class: 0.2S, PT Ratio: 11kV/110V, Voltage: 3x63.5V, CT Current -/5A) - 1 No, (C) New 11kV HT Metering PT - 1 No. of ratio: 11kV/110V, Accuracy class: 0.2 and Burden: 25VA in the existing HT Metering cubicle after dismantling the existing CTs, PT & HT TOD Meter including replacement of existing HT Metering wiring connections completely and providing new wiring connections. Also, the HT Metering cubcile"s Al busbar modification works are required to be done to facilitate new CT instalaltion works and all associated works complete in all respects. |
