1Energy Audit of Electric system and appliances of Bathinda Mil Stn complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge for following aspects and submit the report including suggestion and amendments for improvement of energy metering, mitigation of losses etc.
2The organization which is conducting energy audit should have expertise to conduct Power System/ Power Quality and Energy Audit and Resume / Credentials of the expert team to be provided.
3The expert team in the organization should have sufficient Mathematical expertise in terms of Modeling of electrical network for Power System/ Power Quality Audits and certificate should be produced for Energy Auditor and the organization should have in house software for Power Quality analysis based on the data collected from the network also.The Organization should produce sample report on Energy Audit/ Power System Audit /Power Quality along with tender document.
4The team shall use ETAP software for Arc Flash study and tools like lux meter, power quality analyzer kit.Vibration sensor etc to conduct audit.
5Study and evaluation of Percentage Loading and Transformer Loss Possibility to reduce the loading of transformer and cable losses by improving Power factor and further conducting leakage test and identifying leakage areas to reduce the overall leakage of transformer as listed in Appx "A"
6Measurement of input voltage for street lighting to check the possibility to reduce power consumption, Measurement of Lux Level and Check the Possible ways to reduce street lighting energy consumption by implementing control system, Solar lighting, smart LEDs etc
7Measurement of Power, Flow and Head to evaluate the present efficiency fo the pumps and to check the possible ways to reduce Pumping energy consumption by implementing control system, VFDs and Energy efficient Pumps as per listed in Appx "B"
8Measurement of Power, TR to evaluate specific energy consumption of DG sets.Evaluation of Temperature and control settings to check the possible way to reduce the energy consumption and evaluation of 10 Window and Split units.To check the Possible ways to reduce energy consumption by implementing Energy efficient chillers as per listed in Appx "C"
9The expert team while doing power quality audit shall measure KW, KWA, Lrms, THDI%, THDV% at DB connected at the output of UPS, Measure zero sequence harmonics at output of UPS.Measure Neutral to Ground potential at key locations.Harmonic Distortion upto 50th node.Neutral current ( with harmonics), Positive sequence, negative sequence and zero sequence harmonics in the network.Voltage SAG/Swell measurement, Analysis of Resonance condition PWM interference from VFD through ground network with and without output choke.Noise signal flow in the Ground network, Resonance calculation / Analysis, Mathematical simulation/ analysis of harmonic flow in the network and do Mathematical simulation of harmonic based on the data collected using Gauss Elimination method & Reduced Echelon Form in case of multiple variables.
10Detailed analysis of Root cause detection for any problems related to Power Quality and submission of comprehensive report describing the problem statement, analysis method and solution to eliminate the cause of nuisance tripping.
11The energy auditor team shall be national productivity council & BEE certified .
