Providingandlaying WBM Patching usingcrusher broken aggregate including preparationofpot hole, scarifying and re-shapingtotherequired grade and camber, asper the standard specifications, spreading of material, consolidation with mechanical drop hammer of 11.40kg hand rammer or 8-10tonne power roller, spreading & consolidation of binding material including cost of fuel and lubricants and hire charges of T & P.

Providing & laying 13mm thick premix patching with 0.18 cum of stone chipping ( 0.12 cum of 11.2 mm size and 0.06 cum of 6.70 mm size ) mixed with 10.1 kg of straight run bitumen 80/100 per 10 sqm of road surface including heating of binder and aggregate,cleaning the area of patch cut to regular shape with vertical sides, removing all loose & disintegrated material, providing & application of tack coat @ 2.25 kg per 10 sqm., laying of patching material and compacting with 8-10 tonne power road roller including costof bitumen, aggregate, fuel, lubrication, binder, hire charges of machinery, T&P etc.

Providing and laying premixed sand seal coat on patch area comprising of thin application of fine aggregate (0.06 cum/10 sqm) premixed with 6.8kg/10 sqm binder 80/100 grade in mini hot mix plant 6-10 TPH and laying and rolling with power roller 8-10 tonne including all lead of mix material.
