Fire Engines and all pipe line inside the Fire Water Pump House must be cleaned by cloth. Cobwebs in the area to be removed. Doors, windows and ventilators to be dusted by broom and subsequently cleaned by cloth. If there is any stain observed, the same to be cleaned with kerosene oil/ detergent. 9	Washing of Gantry	11. Washing of Gantry Complete scrapping, removal of oil/mud sludge"s. Washing with caustic soda/ detergent/ Kerosene /HSD (Kerosene/ HSD shall be provided by HPCL). The day of washing shall be on any Sunday/Holiday. Area: 390 Sqm. FREQUENCY: ONCE A MONTHS (during Sundays/Holidays only)
10	Brooming of Driveways	Sweeping the entire area inside the Terminal with broom. Waste to be dumped in the waste dust bin. Job includes cleaning all the pipelines running across the terminal with cloth. Stains to be removed with oil soaked cloth. Gantry area also to be included. Necessary materials for cleaning to be arranged by the party. Total area : 1.80 acres. (Structures such as admin bldg., tank farm, etc have been removed from the total area) FREQUENCY: DAILY
11	Disposal of waste/debris	Collection of waste materials from the waste bin in a suitable vehicle and disposing them off in the designated area at "Kuppaimedu" in Korukkupet , which is about 6 km from Cassimode Terminal. Vehicle will be weighed before and after loading the waste in the weigh bridge at Cassimode Tml and payment will be made as per the weighment slips. Materials identified as "waste" by HPCL will only be disposed off. Vehicle should be a motorized vehicle and no bullock carts will be allowed inside the premises. FREQUENCY : AS AND WHEN REQUIRED. If the materials are not disposed off, within a day"s notice as informed by HPCL,the job will be carried out through some other contractor and the differential cost will be debited to the contractor.
12	Up keep jobs on extended hour	On need basis Terminal maintenance and up keeping jobs on extended hours on extended hours as per the advice of the officers. Rate to be quoted for man hour basis. FREQUENCY: ON NEED BASIS.
13	Assistance inPLT job-12 HR	One person need to be positioned on round the clock basis for PLT job. The job includes assisting the employee for valve operations, gauging and collection of tank and PLT samples. The job also includes collection of samples from the ship and handing over all samples at korukpet Terminal Lab on need basis (Approx. 3 to 4 samples per month).Vehicle will be arranged by HPCL for collection of sample from ship & handling over all samples at Lab. Rate to be quoted for 12hr shift and . On exigencies the assistance need to work for extended hour, the payment for extended hour will be made separately as per the Item No:17). Request for the PLT assistance will be given one day in advance, however on exigency contractor have to arrange the man power within short notice. FREQUENCY: ON NEED BASIS.
14	Extra man Working	Additional man power on normal days / working on holidays to be arranged for special jobs. The jobs may be preparation for functions like national festivals, Safety week, etc. or preparation for major audit and inspections or any other jobs arise on time to time basis, like store room cleaning, document segregation etc. Request for Additional man power on normal days / working on holidays will be given at least one day in advance. Payment will be made on man-day basis. FREQUENCY: ON NEED BASIS.
