The job includes drafting route plans in tabular form as per the information provided by the department. The route plan of each machine shall be bound adjacent to its route map. The job further includes compiling of abstracts, introduction page, priority-wise road length and other relevant information as per the sample.The job includes spiral binding of each action plan booklet on with suitable plastic covers.
