| 1 | Note:- (i) Contractors attention is invited to the point that entire requisite quantity of Exterior Emulsion paint, primer, OBD and wall care putty as catered in this BOQ shall be brought by the contractor in one go after approval of sample, in sealed manufacturer packing within 15 Days of date of commencement stipulated in work order No 1 and handed over to Engineer-in-Charge. |
| 2 | (ii) Engineer - in - Charge will keep the material after marking on its container, in safe custody and same will be issued to contractor as per site requirement. Entire quantity of Acrylic Emulsion paint, synthetic enamel paint, epoxy paint, plastic emulsion paint, primer, OBD and wall care putty etc will be recorded in MB as NOT TO BE ABSTRACTED. Quantity of above said material shall be calculated based on manufacturer\"s instruction and contractor shall submit necessary documentary evidence to Engineer-In-Charge in support of consumption of material as per manufacturer instruction |
| 3 | Note for Item No.6 to 8 :-The work shall be executed to high rise structure of height up to 12 metre from ground level. Quoted rate shall be deemed to include for all kind of scaffolding and safety equipment provided to workers deployed by the contractor and no extra amount will be paid by the department for the same.Note for item No 6,7 & 18:- Contractor shall submit three years performance guarantee for Acrylic emulsion (exterior weather coat) paint on bond paper, Contractor shall also submit security deposit amount i.e. 2.5% of executed amount or Rs 6250.00 whichever is more in the form of FDR or the same shall be retained from Final Bill. |
