1Sweeping of black topped/concrete road surfaces/footpath including berm portions to give a neat clean appearance including removing all debris, stones, vegetation, grit etc. including cost of brooms, baskets, tools & tackles etc and disposing off the same to the near by pits/ditches within a lead of 100 mtrs. complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: 1) Measurement shall be taken for black topped portion and water table or footpath portion only. Adjoining bermsshall be cleaned under this item but these areas shall not be measured separately.2) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.3) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations,no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per thousand sqm.
2Cleaning and washing of sewer lines, inspection chambers, man holes etc.including clearing the blockages, if any in the lines by rodding and applying the required water pressure using tankers with hose to ensure easy flow of sewage/waste water etc.completeas per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
3Note: 1) Measurement shall be taken along the centre line of pipes including the length of centre line of benching in chambers cleaned.
42) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
53) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations,no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per running metre.
6Removing and cleaning of chokes/blockages fromsewerage lines, manholes, inspection chambers, W.C., gully traps and floor traps etc.by bamboo/ M.S.rods/mechanical means so as to provide the easy flow of sewage/waste water etc.including opening of door bend/jali and refixing the same after clearing of chokage completeas per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
7Note 1) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
82) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per choke.
9Maintenance of cleanliness around buildings by lifting all waste material, packing boxes, garbage and waste papers etc. on all working days except Sunday and national holidays from all around 20m of the building including transporting the same to the predetermined locations / pits etc. inARPF campus or in the garbage carrying vehicle of Indore Municipal Corporation standing close to campus ensuring non pilferage etc complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge
10ARPF building and Security post building etc.
11Note 1) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
122) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made fornon performance days as per the quoted rate on pro rata days basis.
13General cleaning,sweeping,mopping,dusting,swabbing offloors of the rooms at various storeys, passeges,staircases etc including sweeping,cleaning,washing and swabbling of passages in front of all toilets including the cost ofentire cosmetic materials on all working days on daily basis and cleaning ofceilings, external faces of walls & parapets, cleaning of glass panes& other members of windows, doors, ventilators, mirrors, handrails, removing of cobwebs once in fifteen days and daily disposing of sweeped waste up to nearest dust bin located outside of the building as directed, disposing the contents of scattered placed dust bins in to the predetermined locations / pits etc. inARPF campus for final disposal or putting in tothe garbage carrying vehicle of Indore Municipal Corporation standing close to campus ensuring non pilferage etc complete including the cost of required safety tools & tackles, necessary safety kit ,Uniform, vacuum cleaner, the cost of soft nylon brushes, broomsand all consumables like cleansing agent such as Harpic or Domex or Homex or other approved agent, phenyl, rubbing papers etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
14Note: (1) This item shall be applicable for general rooms,corridors,stairways,lobbies etc.This item shall not include cleaning & disinfection of toilets whichshall be paid separately under relevant item. Only floor area of the building shall be measured for payment. Half area shall be measured if mopping could not be taken up.
15(2) Thecost incurred for deployment of labourers, tools & tackles in safety kit, Uniform, vacuum cleaner, all taxes, soft nylon brushes, broomsand consumables like cleansing agent such as Harpik or Domex or other approved agent, phenyl, rubbing papers etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
16(3) Thecontractor shall deploy as many number of cosmetic helpers as required to ensure that various jobs in whole area of the building including fortnightly jobs and toilets* (*payable separately)gets finished in one working day.
17(4) The choking if any not caused due to fault of contractor and existed prior to taking up of cleaning operations shall be paid separately under relevant item as the same is not included in this item. However choking if any which was not existing prior to taking up of cleaning operations shall be considered as choking caused due to fault of contractor and removal of the same shall have to be borne by the contractor for which payment shall not be admissible.
18(5) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
19(6) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per sqm.
20General cleaning,sweeping,swabbing,disinfectingand making thepublic toilet fit withimproved hygiene by satisfactorily cleaning of all types of dado, walls, floors, sanitary fitments like Indian water closet, European water closet, urinals, wash basins, marble or other type of urinal partitions, flushing units etc. either individually or in combination at all levelincluding cleaning of bath zone with or without internal lobby by using mild acid, Harpic or Domex or Homex or other cleansing agent, bleaching agents, soft nylon brushes, rubbing papers, necessary safety kit, Uniform, ladder,vacuum cleaner etc.including spraying antifungal, anti bacterial fumable liquids,sprinkliling of phenyl, placing of phynapthelene balls, placing air fresheners at ventilators including rectification of joints of tiles using matching coloured air curable compound etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
21This item shall be operated for first frequency of the day and the payment for subsequent frequencies shall be payable under item no 7
22Note: (1) Floor area ofWC & Urinal portion of toiletshall be measured for payment.Dado,skirting and all types of fitments in this region shall be deemed to be covered up in the quoted rate. No payment shall be made for partially complete/incomplete work. The portion of toilet other than WC & Urinal region shall be measured under the respective item of general cleaning i.e. item no 5.
23(2) The cost incurred in cleaningdado, sanitary fitments, cost of all materials, labour, ladder, safety kits etc,vacuum cleaner shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
24(3) The choking if any not caused due to fault of contractor and existed prior to taking up of cleaning operations shall be paid separately under relevant item as the same is not included in this item. However choking if any which was not existing prior to taking up of cleaning operations shall be considered as choking caused due to fault of contractor and removal of the same shall have to be borne by the contractor for which payment shall not be admissible.

27General cleaning and making thepublic toilet fit for use by satisfactorily cleaning of all types of dado, walls, floors, sanitary fitments like Indian water closet, European water closet, urinals, wash basins, marble or other type of urinal partitions, flushing units, mirror etc. either individually or in combination at all levelincluding cleaning of bath zone with or without internal lobby by using available water, available cleansing agent like Harpik or Domex and other approved cleansing agent, available brooms, soft nylon brushes, rubbing papers but excluding necessary safety kit, ladder etc including sprinkliling of available phenyl, placing of available phynapthelene balls etccomplete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
28This item shall be operated for second and onwardfrequencies of the day and the payment for FIRST frequency shall be payable under item no 6
29Note: (1) Floor area ofWC & Urinal portion of toiletshall be measured for payment.Dado,skirting and all types of fitments in this region shall be deemed to be covered up in the quoted rate. No payment shall be made for partially complete/incomplete work. The portion of toilet other than WC & Urinal region shall be measured under the item of general cleaning i.e. item no 5.
30(2) Thecost oflabour, safety kits, uniform, ladder & brooms, softbrushes etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. All cleansing agents,phenyl, phynapthelene balls etc, if & when required shall be made available by the department free of charge to the contractor at work place .
31(3) The choking if any not caused due to fault of contractor and existed prior to taking up of cleaning operations shall be paid separately under relevant item as the same is not included in this item. However choking if any which was not existing prior to taking up of cleaning operations shall be considered as choking caused due to fault of contractor and removal of the same shall have to be borne by the contractor for which payment shall not be admissible.
32(4)Incaseofunsatisfactoryqualityofwork,reducedrateshallbe appliedasperclause16ofSection5ofthetender. Thedecisionof Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
33(5) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations no payment shall be made for non performed work and penalty shall also belevied forthemeasuredareaofnonperformanceasperthe quoted rate.
34Cleaning and washing of sewer lines, inspection chambers, man holes etc.including clearing the blockages, if any in the lines by hiring and deploying hydraulic pressuring unit mounted on trucks applying the required water pressure to ensure easy flow of sewage/waste water etc and pumping out the sewagewith hose and collected in a carrier for further disposal in oxidation pond etc completeas per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
35Note: 1) Measurement shall be taken on per job basis. This item shall be applicable for cleaning of medium size septic tank also.
36(2) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
37(3) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per job.
38Cleaning the rain water pipe of all size, shape ,length 2.50m to 10.00m and corresponding terrace areasincluding removing the blockages if any by rodding and testing the same by pouring water etc.including opening & closing of C I door tees etc.complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
39Note:(1) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
40(2) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per pipe.
41Cleaning the plastered normal masonry storm water drains (depth up to 1.2 mtrs) including removing the debris, grit etc and disposing off the same in pits within a lead of 250 mtrs, including cost of all tools and tackles etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
42Note:(1) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
43(2) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per running metre.
44Cleaning the earthen drains (Having bottom width ofapprox 500mm and depth varying from 0.50 M to 3.00 M), including excavation for trimming the sides and bottom in slope to allow for easy flow of rain water, removing the debris, grit etc and disposing off the same in pits within a lead of 100 mtrs, including cost of all tools and tackles etc.complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
45Note:(1) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
46(2) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per running metre.
47Cleaning the storm water pipeoutlets of all size, shape ,length located below footpath or area beyond road kerbs includingremoving the blockages if any by rodding and testing the same by pouring water etc.including digging ditch, if required for a length not exceeding3.00for free flow of water etc complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
48Note:(1) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
49(2) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per pipe.
50Disposing debris, non value scrap, garbage, heaps of earth, rublles,rotton wood logs and the like by deploying excavator with Operator and Khalasi including collecting the same in a tractor with driver and Khalasi for conveying the same to low lying areas including deploying labourers for unloading the material from tractor, levelling and dressing the ground at both the places i.e. at lifting point as well as at point of disposal so as to carry out the assignedwork any where in ARPF premises including the cost of all required tools & tackles, hire charges,fuel,necessary safety kit etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
51Note: (1) The payment shall be made for thehours ofwork performed by the excavator at ARPF"s site. The time at which the excavator arrives andstarts at site and shuts down shall be noted for payment purposes.
52(2)Thecost incurred for deployment of labourers,excavator,tractor,ladders, safety kit etc,conveying arrangements, payment of all taxes, insurance etcshall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
53(3) Thecontractor shall deploy as many number oflabourers as required to ensure that workgets finished promptly.
54(4) This item shall not be operated for items of dismantling works, earth work, area dressing, routine garbage disposal etc as the same is covered under respective items.
55(5) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
56(6) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per hour.
57Disposing by mechanical transport ; the garbageconsisting of debris, rubbish, packing boxes, grass etc. from ARPF building to the predetermined locations in the ARPF campus within 3 Km. lead including loading, unloading, levelling, carrying by mechanical transport as required to maintain cleanliness around offices, parks and buildings in ARPF campus including cost of all tools and tackles etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge ( Carriage capacity shall be around 5.00 Cum.).
58Making arrangement at all levels for catching rats using Rat Traps handed over by the department by keeping it atplaces which has high potential of movement of rats, preferably under the furniture or corner of walls including putting peanut butter and paste of flour for attracting rates ensuring itsreplacement on daily basis to avoid reinfestation including discharging the creature/rat at a distance of about 3.5 KM away in a non habitant locality including washing the trap as requiredetc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
59Note 1) The payment shall be made per trap as one number. In case rat is not trapped and all activities are performed the quantity shall be considered as one fourth.
602) Thecost incurred for deployment of labourers, tools & tackles, safety kit, all taxes etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. Rat trap shall be made available to the contractor free of cost.
613) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
624) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations,no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for non performance as per the quoted rate per no.
63Supplying and filling 100 mlliquid soap like Lifebuoyhand wash or Dettol or Sevlon in the existing soap dispenser installed near wash basins at discrete locations at all levelsincluding emptying the residual liquid, rinsing and washing prior to re-filling, disposing the empty refill pack complete as directed by Engineer in Charge.
64Note 1) The payment shall be as one number if entire 100 ml content is filled. In case of partial filling payment shall be made on proportionate basis based on actual quantity filled.
652) Thecost incurred for deployment of labourers, tools & tackles, safety kit, all taxes, approved liquid soap etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
663) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
674) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made fornon performance as per the quoted rate per no.
68Specialhousekeeping work in congested and sensitive equipment area by cleaning,sweeping,mopping,dusting,swabbing offloors, cleaning gently with exceptional care, the dust accumulated on equipments by using light duty vacuum cleaner including cleaning of doors/windows/ wall/ceiling surfacecomplete as directed including the cost of all cosmetic materials, required tools & tackles, hire charges of vacuum cleaner, necessary safety kit, uniform, includingthe cost of soft nylon brushes and consumables like cleansing agent such as Harpic or Domex or Homex or other approved agent, phenyl, rubbing papers etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
69Note: (1) Only floor area of the building shall be measured for payment of entire activities.
70(2) Thecost incurred for deployment of labourers, vacuum cleaners,ladders,safety kit, Uniform, Soft nylon brushes, buckets, all consumables like cleansing agent such as Harpik or Domex or other approved agent, phenyl, rubbing papers and all other cosmetic materials, all taxes etc shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.
71(3) Thecontractor shall deploy only such qualifiedcosmetic helpers who have experience of carrying out work in such areas. Contractor shall deployrequired number of personnel along with a supervisor to ensure that various jobs in whole area of the buildinggets finished very carefully in one working day.
72(4) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
73(5) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations,no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the measured area of non performance as per the quoted rate per sqm.
74Cleaning & disinfecting of R C C overhead storage tanks of overall capacity20000 litre to 25000 litre distributed in two compartments separated by RCC partition wall located on top of roof slab at a height ranging from5.00 metre to 12.00 metre levels using bleaching powder @ 1 kg each tank includingemptying the balance water in the tank below outlet etc , cleaning the tank by applying gentle acid,brooming,brushing and rinsing with bleaching powder safely without causing damage to waterproofing treatment including rinsing thrice with plain water including removing covers and the float valve with ball carefully prior to cleaning operation and refixing the same including removing the sediments if any ,othernecessary activities like inspecting the existing M S ladder prior to use, tools & tackles, necessary safety appliances all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
75Note: (1) Any damage to cover and/or float valve with or without ball shall be replaced by the contractor at his own cost.
76(2) In order to avoid suffocation of workers, contractor must ensure that workers must come out at regular interval to breathe in fresh air.
77(3) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
78(4) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations,no payment shall be made and recovery shall be made for the non performance as per the quoted rate per no.
79Cleaning & disinfecting of R C C underground sumps of capacityranging from 90000 litre to 100000litre and depth around 3.00 metre using bleaching powder @ 1.80 kg each tank includingemptying the balance water, if anyin the tank , cleaning the tank by applying gentle acid,brooming,brushing safely without causing damage to waterproofing treatment including rinsing with bleaching powder followed by rinsing thrice with plain water including removing covers and the float valve with ball carefully prior to cleaning operation and refixing the same including removing the sediments if any etc complete including necessary activities like inspecting the existing M S ladder prior to use, tools & tackles, necessary safety appliances, masks all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.

84Managementof receipt and distribution of Narmada water as well as tube well water in ARPF complex by deployingITI (Fitter/Plumbing trade) trained operator or highly experienced operator daily in close consultation with the engineer of RRCAT or his authorized representative including maintaining the log book, giving daily feed back about the receipt of water, distribution of water either manuallyor through automation system including monitoring & operatingDiesel Engine Pump set (make-Kirloskar) , Electric Pump set (Make: Kirloskar)on as & when required basis depending upon the supply timings of Narmada water supplied by Municipality andUser"s requirement by ensuring filling of sump as well as Overhead tanksbasis without any interruption on all daysin close consultation with the engineer and facility Users of RRCAT or theirauthorized representative includingcarrying out routinemaintenance, oiling & greasing etc of" pumps, supply & delivery valves float valves etc" including cost of labourers, supply& use of diesel for diesel pump(item continued in the next row),
85minor CONSUMABLE items like weldingelectrodes/ fluxes, fastener sets, gaskets, minor fittings,sundris,transport of deployed staff to inspect daily, thededicated CIline etc including maintaining the log book, giving daily feed back about the receipt & consumption of water, status of water line, fittings ,valves, pumps etc including carrying out MINOR repairs etc as & when required solely to ensure uninterrupted performance of the system etc allcomplete as per detailed specifications, standard operating procedures with total adherence to labour laws, contract conditions etc complete job as directed by Engineer in Charge .
86Note: 1) The payment shall be based on calendar month whether it is of 31 days or less than 31 days for the entire job carried out as per detailed specifications.
872) Contractor shall take all necessary measuresincluding training if any, minor maintenance of pumps, valves etc as required at his cost to assure uninterrupted performance. Specialized maintenance of pumps, valves etc is not in the scope of this item.
883) Engineer shall have right to disallow any workmen to work without assigning any reason whatsoever.
894) The contractor shall follow up with the officials of RRCAT Security, Civil maintenance cell, Facility Users, Municipality authoritiesetc as frequently as required to ensure uninterrupted water supply for functional utility.
905) The cost of deploying all labourers, minor materials,consumables,wastage,idle hour, tools, tackles, general safety gadgets, uniform, all applicable taxes including GST (Goods & Service tax), Corporation tax, Income tax, VAT, Labour cess , TDS on GST/Income tax, all other liabilities as per Contract Labour Act including those stipulated under clause 19 of section 4,section 8 & section 9 of the tender shall be entirely borne by the contractor and nothing on account of all these is admissible as the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rates.
916) In case of unsatisfactory quality of work, reduced rate shall be applied as per clause 16 of Section 5 of the tender. The decision of Engineer regarding reduced rate shall be final & binding.
927) In case of non performance of work at any or all locations, no payment shall be made and unpaid work shallattract recovery for non performance as per the quoted rateon prorata days basis.

198Servicing of single or double leaf Aluminium doors of sizeexceeding 3.00 sqm includingremoving of door shutter from position,adjusting, aligning and servicing floor spring and re-fixing the cover plate, realigning the door, oiling the pinion/ pin type pivot or ball type pivot, tightening of all screws nuts, bolts used for fixing of hinges, tower bolts, door closure, push plates, handles, beadings, glazing clips etc. to ensure smooth functioning of aluminium doors etc. all but excluding servicing of floor spring complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
199(2) All other items like floor spring, Aluminium Sections, hydraulic door closure, hinges, concealed tower bolts,pinion/ pin type pivot, ball type pivot, tower bolts, glasses, particle boards as required shall be paid under relevant items.
200(3) Replacement of floor spring if required shall be paidunder relevant items.
201Servicing ofGlass doors of size up to 5.00 sqm includingremoving of door shutter from position,adjusting & aligning floor spring and re-fixing the cover plate, realigning the door, oiling and servicing the glass door hydraulic hinges / servicing of floor spring, tightening of all screws nuts, bolts used for fixing of hinges, push plates, handles etc. to ensure smooth functioning of glass doors etc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
202Note: (1)Required bolts, nuts, screws, rivets and rubber gasket etc. shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate for which nothing extrashall be paid.
203(2) All other items likeAluminium / M.S.sections, hydraulic door hinges, glasses, as required shall be paid under relevant items.
204(3)If the glass of door will be broken during servicing, the same will be replaced by the contractor at free of cost.
205Welding of M.S. windows/doors or any other member of any size any-where in ARPF premises at all heights including scraping of existing worn out joint welding of joints using approved electrodes to achieve 3mm weld thickness of required weld length including removing flux, debris etc., painting one coat of steel primer touch up, grinding of joint before painting including safe removing & refixing of glass if necessary etc. complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
206Extra for erecting steel scaffolding unit 10.00 metre high using vertical pipes made of 40 mm n b , M.S. pipe of 10 G thickness and horizontal pipes made of40 mm n b , M.S. pipe of 20 G thickness, fixed vertically & horizontally at spacing not exceeding 1200 mm resting over base plate of size 100 mm x 100 mm x 6 mm below vertical pipes, diagonal bracings shall bemade of40 mm n b , M.S. pipe of 20 BG thickness, tying all junctions with standard M.S. couplers including providing & fixing sitting unit made of closely spaced Bamboo Challis, having approximately 40 mm thickness tying the whole unit with existing reliable supports ,safety barricades at working level dismantling the same as & when required including screws ,nails etc complete as per drawing, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.Note: Only Plan area shall be measured for payment. De-assembled scaffolding material shall remain contractor"s property.
207Note:1) Above item does not include the cost of glass panes.2) Area of exposed glass shall be measured for payment purposes.
208Providing & injecting weather silicon sealant of G E or Pidilite or STP or other similar silicon sealant for filling the gaps between window frame and adjacent "RCC work or Brick masonry or stone masonry or stone cladding or stone sill or plastered surfaces" after preparing the surface by removing loose materials if any, filling the excess gap with wooden chips, thermocole piecesetc so that net cross sectional dimension of gap ready for injection is around 5 mm x 5 mm complete including the cost of all materials, labour, safety kit ,injecting gun, tools, all taxes & leviesetc. complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
209Note: Scaffolding for work beyond ground floor shall be paid separately underitem.
210Providing and fixing ALUMIGRILL-AL - 102 (10mm) or DECOGRILL - DG-102 (10mm) to the windows, ventilators, wall span etc. in approved colour, anodizing (15 micron) to match with the colour of window frame from inside or outside etc. all complete as per drawing and as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
211NOTE: Aluminium frame work and aluminium snap beading shall be used for fixing Grills shall be measured and paid under relevant item.
212Collecting public drinking water samples or effluent water samples as directed, from scaterred locations in ARPF/RRCAT,carefully in containers disinfected as per I S 1622-1987for arranging testing on specified parameters as per IS 3025 part 1 to 60to ascertain suitability of water for intended use, complete as per following notes and as directed by the Engineer-in- Charge.
213Note: (1) The contractor at his own cost need to deploy labourers to operate valves, taps, pump of tube wells to collect water samples from descrete locations anywhere in ARPF/RRCAT premises.Opening & refixing of fittings, if required, shall be carried out by the department only.
214Note: (2) The contractor at his own cost shall get the water tested from M P Pollution Control Board Laboratory to ascertain pH, suspended solids,Total solids, chloride, Lead, Iron,Sulphate,BOD, COD, MPN,Dissolved Oxygen,Turbidity,Total hardness, Calcium Hardness,Magnesium Hardness etc.for drinking water and pH, suspended solids,,BOD,COD, MPN,Dissolved Oxygen,Total hardness,Calcium Hardness,Magnesium Hardness etc.for effluent water. Nothing extra shall be paid for submission of test results of additional parameters.
215Note: (3) The contractor need to bear all expenditures for delivering the samples and later in obtaining test report fromfrom M P Pollution Control Board Laboratory including safety kits, tools & tacles, testing charges, cost of container, arranging to &frotransport accompanyingdepartmental representative from ARPF/RRCAT premises to &from M P Pollution Control Board Laboratory to assure authenticity of collected samples and safe handing over of the same in laboratory.
216Providing pest control treatment to entire ARPF complex at all the floors in all the rooms, labs., toilets, WCs, bathrooms, halls, stores, passages etc. for controlling entry of rodents, lizards, cockroaches, ants, bugs etc. usingchemicals Cyfluthrine, Fpronil Gel, Delta Matherine, Bhromodylene cake as required, Burofumigation with sulphas etc. complete as per manufacturers specifications & as directed by EIC.The treatment shall be doneat monthly duration for total area 2500.00 Sqm. approx.
217Note-(1) The treatment shall be guanteed for one month. It means during one month period no occurrence of rodents, lizards, cockroaches, ants, bugs etc . If occurred recovery shall be made for affected areas.
218(2) During operations proper hygiene should be maintained. Special care shall be taken during /after the treatment in labs. & allied areas. Proper cleaning should be done after the treatment to remove the left over of chemicals.
219(3) The area for one operation means for 2500.00 Sqm (approx.) area for every month duration.
