Systematic maintenance of track in railway siding for all items as included in the specification para 3.0 to 3.9

Rectification of damaged track on account of derailment including changing of any no. of rails, points and crossing, sleepers with fittings and fixtures, ballast including aling, correction of cross levels and packing. (The required material will be supplied by FCI at site of work free of cost. After satisfying the terms and conditions of clause 5 of conditions of contract, if any payment is admissible then only the contractor will be entaitled for the same.) Straight/Curved rack

Supply ofBG pre-stressed concrete sleepers for 52/60 kg rail as per IR specification and drawing including cost of 4 Nos MTC inserts to site of work. (The rate will be inclusive ofinspection charges, trasnpotation, loading, unloading and stacking complete as per the direction ofEngineering-in-charge).

Supply of Permanent Way materials (Ist class) for 52 kg rail section of standard size at site as per latest IR specification and drawing.

Supplying and stacking of approved quality of stone ballast of 50 mm gauge confirming to technical specification and as per direction of Engg-in-charge.

Spreading out of stone ballast from stacked at different locations, including carriage of ballast with in the depot premises to work spot including loading and unloading the ballast, dressing levelling etc as directed by the Engineering in-charge.

Removing of old/damaged wooden, CI/Steel trough sleepers with fittings and laying of MBC sleepers with fittings & fixture jointing and fastening to specified gauge, alignment, levelling etc complete as per IR specification and as per the direction of Engineering-in-charge.(Requiredfittings shall be supplied free of cost by Department)

Deduct towards cost of salvage materials received from specific items which shall be issued to contractor and shall be cleared by the contractor from the site of work with all leads and lifts complete as directed by the Engineer in charge as is where is basis : CST/CST-9/ST sleepers
