Repairs to 5 cusec x 10 meter head pump by way of dismantling spiral casing pump of pumping unit no II at workshop by completely draining of old oil from the bearing housing and extraction of all worn out/damaged parts,i.e. pump shaft, impeller, bearings, sleeve, bush, check nut, nuts & bolts, gland plate, gland studs. Providing and fitting of new pump shaft after turning to bearing size and turning of threads on shaft as per the size and pitch of threading on check nut. Repairs to impeller by filing cavities, cracks and finishing to original size. Providing and fitting of two numbernew bearings number 6408and one numberthrust bearing number 51310, neck ring,shaft protection sleeve, check nut, nuts & bolts, fabrication of new gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs. Completely cleaning of bearing housing to remove dust and metal residue.Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing & filling of pump bearing housing with fresh M-oil upto the required level. Assembling of pump with motor and connecting with suction and delivery pipes. Providing of new nuts and bolts with rubber gaskets.Providing and fitting of new bearings-2 no’s on driving and non driving end, bearing plates- 2 no’s, end terminals, nuts and bolts. Replacement of coupling pulley of pumping unit no II by way of fabrication of new coupling set as per sample and according to the size of motor and pump shaft. Providing and fitting of 8 no’s. new coupling nuts & bolts, rubber bushes,key way.Repair to 20 HPstarter oil immersed, double contactof pumping unit no: IIby way of extracting the damaged contact points of copper both moving and fixedthimbles, no volt coil, tripping system , overload relayand replacing the same with new ones. Providing /filling of new T-oil 5ltrs Repair to 300 mm diameter foot valve of pumping unit no IIby way of dismantling parts.Cleaning of all internal parts to remove silt and rust.Fabrication of new foot valve plate as per size, new leather washer, hinge pin, new nuts & bolts. The job includes fabrication of strainer to stop entry of unwanted material and fitting it with foot valve. The job includes loading, un-loading, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles, cost of materials,installation& testing charges at site.Complete job. |

Repairs to impeller by filing cavities, cracks and finishing to original size. Providing and fitting 2 no’sof new bearing’s on driving and non driving end of the pump, 1 no’s neck rings, 2 no’s shaft protection sleeves, 2 no’s check nuts, nuts & bolts, fabrication of 2 no’snew gland plate with providing and fitting of 2 no’s new gland studs on ends of pump. Repair to bearing housing on non driving end of pumping unit by providing and fitting of bush,turning and fitting of bush to make inner diameter of bearing housing suitable for fitment of bearing. Providing and fabrication of bearing housing on driving end of the pump and drilling of holes as per the profile of pump.Reassembling all parts of pump with proper greasing of bearings and providing and fitting of gasket sheet between upper and lower part of the pump. Proving and fitting of graphite packing of suitable size on both ends of pump.Rewinding and repairs to 40 hp motor of pumping unit no II by extracting out old damaged winding manually and cleaning of stator slots. Inserting of insulation papers in slots, complete rewinding of the stator by using standard copper wire of requisite gauge. Making of connection coils in star delta. Tightening /locking of coils into the slots by using glass fiber wedges. Complete varnishing of the stator and allowing to completely dry. Repair to rotor shaft by way of welding the positions of bearings and coupling pulley, turning and finishing making the area smooth and balanced.Providing and fitting of two numbernew bearings 6309 and 6312 on driving and non driving end, nuts and bolts.Repairs to 40 HP starter of unit no- II at LIS pindisarochana new by way of extracting the damaged worn out parts. Repair to Tripping system by brazing and finishing required size, Providing and fitting of no voltage coil, overload relay, moving and fixed contact point. Replacement of worn out thimbles nuts-bolts and internal leads duly soldered properly. Topping of starter with 10 liters of fresh transformer oil. Providing/fitting of new copper cable 19/16 mm 15 metres in place of old damaged/ worn out , new aluminium thimbles crimping with tools , insulation tape .The job includes loading, un-loading, manual labour, carriage charges of vehicle (to & fro), tools & tackles, cost of materials,installation& testing charges at site.Complete job. |
