| 2 | Submission of a complete set of structural drawings, on reproducible film duly signed and CD along with detailed design report with all calculations, design philosophy, assumptions including references etc. |
| 3 | The Analysis & Design and Drawings shall be proof checked by any of the IITs / NITs / IISC Bangalore / SERC Chennai / Reputed Govt Institutes. |
| 4 | The consultant shall attend the tender presentation on the date and time fixed by the Dept. |
| 5 | The consultant shall carryout modifications /clarifications/reviews, if required by the Department during currency of execution of this work, which shall include consultant’s visits to this Office/ Site of work, whenever required, as decided by the Department. |
